Five Guys — Restaurant in Lakewood

01/14/2023: Tonight, i ordered 4 things and only 2 of my items were correct. But that's not really why I'm leaving a review. I'm leaving a review because of an employee named Megan. She was on break and noticed customers (including myself) almost slip and fall over some kind of oil spill. After I tried to get an employee to go and clean it up from behind the counter, no one moved and the manager Gary didnt really act on it. It was only until Megan stepped up, seeing how she saw everything, cleaned up the mess to ensure no one else would slip.

Five Guys, you need to accommodate Megan at this location immediately. She singlehandedly saved you a lawsuit when no one else would lift a finger and is the only person there that took charge.

If half the crew worked as hard as her, maybe my food would have tasted better and would have received all my items correctly. If I ever do return, it will only be because of one awesome...

The bacon cheese burger with all the fixings was not just good it was delicious…mushrooms and onions both raw and grilled on our burgers…enjoyed it with a salted Carmel and bacon shake…yes Oh now with that said you know their was a party!! Mom decided on strawberry shake and of course Cajun fries…all was High Five perfectly delicious…Thank You Sophia for helping us out with our order you were super friendly and courteous and also suggesting the Shake with bacon💯…Brought mom here for first time to try out their burgers and then some on this special day…in memory of my Father who loved peanuts so much that was his thing before his meals and well my brother also would say have a burger and think of me when you’re eating…yes our two men have passed away…but moments like this to remember them dearly in their Birthday and Memorial was a great experience for my mother and I to enjoy...

Meh let's start with saying it is not better then in and out not close. Heavy meat which is not so much of a plus. I know people love the meat but I'm ok with thin meat. No special sauce just a plain house burger with a heavy price. You order everything separately burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and fries and drink. Fries is supposedly the best with Cajun seasoning so we got them just don't well I didn't like them personally. Yes they have a lot of ingredients but it's still not great. Would I go back no no I wouldn't if I here that's it's better then in an out I want to taste something unforgettable and this was not it example for me it was like eating a whopper but five guys just have bigger meat.
