High Hat Regency — Hotel in Las Vegas

Ok. This joint is unacceptable! Start off with no towels, no soap, filthy carpets, walls, furniture, 90s tv 80s furniture and the ac went out in the middle of the night due to a filthy air filter. Office staff are unprofessional and dismissive offering no help nor showed any concern. Actually heard the office lady curssing out load for some reason very disrespectful, poorly dressed and looks like she lives on the street aside from body odor. The african American at office totally lazy and rude. They didn't even apologize for their lack of supervision on this property.i really hate to leave a bad review but costumers need to know. One good thing to say. Finally security actually doing their job. I observed plain clothes security follow and stop someone at 1 am who was knocking on a guest room door. Very alert and professional kepping the hotel nice, quiet and secured. Good job a Mr Jackson! Should you stay at this filthy? PLEASE READ all reviews and steer clear of this place. I'm willing to re review this place if actual owner or corporate resolves this matter...

This place is... almost hard to describe it's so run down and sketchy. We've stayed here a couple times out of necessity when we had a hard time finding an affordable room at the last minute, and it is nice being able to just give the front desk person a $20 for the deposit rather than racking up resort fees + $150 or more that the nice hotels require as a deposit upfront... But having seen multiple rooms on the inside, we can confirm that all that's left in the room is literally whatever can be bolted down. The beds are like bad pull out couch/cot style beds. The water constantly fluctuated between ice cold & scalding hot. I definitely, definitely, definitely would not recommend leaving anything of value in your car. Overall, you're getting exactly what you pay for so it shouldn't be a surprise that it's not exactly a nice place to stay. But if your priority is saving money, it's always an option down past the Strat end...

This is the worst dirtiest Cockroach invested Hotel I ever stayed in in my 28 years of life and I've been a few places First of all The shower was terrible The toilet seat was horrible The drawers had crumbs from previous tenant I was scared to unpack my luggage thinking that the cockroaches going to fly home with me there were old broken down vehicles in the parking lot I was so upset My wife got this crack hotel I immediately left the next day Stayed at the Excalibar It was weird because they're the same price She ask for 60 and the caliber was 68 with my AAA discount be aware do not go there I don't want your body itchy and scratchy Dirty ass sheets and covers The white lady at the counter About 28 years old.
