We just got married on December 7th at the Elvis Chapel and it was more than I asked for! My big day went off flawlessly with help from the photographer staff and Elvis! My sons were our best men and were included just as much as my husband and I and we were the bride & groom.
The Hound Dog Package is the package we ordered but my fiancé and I couldn't figure out what songs we wanted to have him sing, so Elvis improvised. His voice and character were spot on and Elvis was always Elvis when interacting, singing and just shooting the breeze. Las Vegas truly is a small place as come to find out, after asking my new husband how we met, it turns out Elvis, my husband and myself all worked at the same place 20 years ago! Nothing like having a Las Vegas Native perform your wedding ceremony and coax you into singing your wedding vows all the while feeling confident as you sing them!
Our wedding party was very small and should I have wanted to invite more people there would've certainly been room. They actually lock the chapel doors while you are there so no one can come in and interrupt your preparation, ceremony or after wedding items that need finalizing! The photos by the photographer are not something we had even considered to buy as we thought the video would be good enough and the photos are an additional cost afterwards. However, we did take photos and they came out fantastic! I am a thick girl and I was afraid to even look at the photos as I am very self-conscious, but I was amazed when we looked at them and we bought the entire package!!
One thing they do not have which I think would be nice for a bride is a changing room. Also, if you are superstitious about seeing the groom or bride before you walk down the aisle, well that is out the window as they make you take photos before you actually marry your spouse. At first I was upset about this matter, but later when I was actually there, it turned out to be the best thing for me. I was a complete nervous wreck with my hands shaking and I was crying because I was overcome with emotion, which only settled in the last hour before the wedding and got worse on the drive to the chapel. But after photos and one on one time with my man and the photographer, I was relaxed enough to actually enjoy my day and our vows!
I laughed and I cried with happiness and more so I got to marry the man I love while my two sons were there laughing and smiling with us!
Thank you Elvis and staff for making my day perfect!

Read moreIn theory, an Elvis Vegas wedding sounds cool and not stressful but if I had to do it again, I would use a different chapel. I did not feel special to them, just another number and the photographer was rude and rushed. She got an attitute with me when I asked why we don't have any nice pictures of just the bride and groom (only group). We showed up to the chapel on time but still had to wait 20 minutes for another wedding to finish, and when our ceremony was done there was a other couple outside waiting. You are cycled through there like cattle. The limo is extremely outdated, no window tint and the seats aren't inward facing so it doesn't feel like a limo at all. They pressure you into tipping after the ceremony ($40 and up for 3 different people- limo, Elvis, photographer) which was very awkward having to ask my guests for cash. They clearly don't take care of paperwork before you show up so literally before the ceremony, the couple is doing paperwork with the reception, therefore, my husband's "first look" at me was at a frickin desk in the lobby. Not romantic. There is also very very mĂnimal decor. The back drop is a gold silk curtain and that's it. The "video of ceremony" that was included in our package was a fixed camera on the wall facing me, the bride, so you can't really see my husband's face in the video. Also, they had my guests sit all on the groom side which is kind of weird, and since the video was facing me, it looked like I didn't have any guests-just empty chairs behind me. Elvis, however, is the only reason I didn't leave just 1 star. He was great! Funny and friendly and the only one that...
Read moreA big Mahalo and Aloha to the entire staff of A Elvis Chapel! What an awesome, memorable experience! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there with a vow renewal ceremony on July 5, 2018. We chose a Hawaiian theme/songs, and it was truly a magical moment in timeâŠalthough briefâŠone which we will cherish forever. We were having so much fun, we didnât want it to end! It had just the perfect balance of laughs and seriousness, singing and dancing, and was also quite romantic.
We owe it all, of course, to Elvis (aka Kent), who was so funny, energetic, charismatic, witty in improvising, not to mention, who could really sing âŠvery impressive! Great job Elvis! Thank you for inviting my wife to sing alongâŠshe tried and was thrilledâŠlol. Our daughter, Jade, also had a fun time singing, with your coaxingâŠthank you for involving her in the ceremony.
Months later, we continue to enjoy the ceremony, with a few more laughs watching the video. We also had fun talking with the limo driver, as he was a fellow Hawaii-transplant and very friendly. The photographer/coordinator did a wonderful job capturing all the special moments of our ceremony, and handled our booking efficiently, and everything went well, as planned.
We canât thank you enough A Elvis Chapel for creating a one-of-a kind experience for us, and would highly recommend you to all wishing to celebrate their special day in a fun and memorable way!
Love and Aloha, Pat and...
