Overrated restaurant and horrible service.

I will not order/eat my food here again!

I ordered my food on line @ 3:15p. For a 4:00 p pick up. I arrived at the store at @4 and asked the cashier about my online order she said it would be ready in a few minutes.

Busy place on Tuesday with (6) girls behind the counter and in the kitchen, and they were in complete confusion and unorganized staff this past Tuesday afternoon.

Waited 30 minutes in the lobby, and the cashier " dumdum" looked at me like she saw a goahst, so I asked her again about my order she went back and looked no where to be found. Finally, I got my order @4:40pm and noticed it was missing a fries($5 value) with my order as stated on my receipt and website.

The food was generic; please see the pictures provided, and my pizza 🍕 was hard as a cardboard like when I got home .

This is my worst place on my list; and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Last Monday I ordered my meal 😋 Monday daily special @ 12:58pm I got my meal & my drink @ 1:22pm.

The cashier was all over the kitchen I counted the numbers of employees 4 in total.

She was handling the register, bathrooms keys with big spatula spoon attached to those keys, money, credit cards, Also passing my food and others without gloves.

I moved to a 2 tables because they were sticky and dirty,

I asked for a refill a medium drink $3.03

It use to be..This is one of my favorite hole in the wall and it's a landmark in Las Vegas great place to have a bite to eat such as pizza, sandwiches, and well-known of their chicken wings... yummy must visit. I had the steak sandwich w/ fries it was tasty.

The delivery driver is always professional didnt catch his name though. Today I called in to speak with a manager pertaining to a miscount on my wing order and a question about the flavor choice . i Ordered a 9 piece bbq all flat. I received a 6 piece with a flavor that taste more mild than bbq(first time trying that flavor ?) Spoke with MOD Erica first her tone was welcoming and pleasant and helpful. She then transferred me to Edward whos tone was very unprofessional and lacked depth of customer care. He approached the conversation with a very nasty attitude. He rudely advised me that he knew how to count and that he would/could send a driver back with new food and that I better not touch it(OLD FOOD) and to return it to the driver. With that attitude why would I want him to remake anything for me! This is worst CUSTOMER experience I have ever had with this brand. I have been eating here since I moved to Vegas 7 years ago with only 2 issues to date this being one of them. When asked who was above him to speak to he told me only the owner Eleni who of course was unavailable until next week. This company can and has done better. This was what could have been an honest mistake on the STORES END ! Made into a horrible customer experience. No one is perfect I get that people make mistakes. However the tone and attitude was uncalled for. its a 12 dollar meal if nothing was wrong I wouldn't have called in , in the first place Very...

I feel a bit guilty not making an order here in a while. But I have fond memories of their food, aware of this place for about 20 years.

I will tell you that I enjoy their food. Mainly the wings. Their wings usually are quite large but it depends. Get wings with fries and it's a great meal, ranch usually included by default, few flavors available.

Not sure how it is now, but one order has 9 piece wings, fries in a small pizza box. Goes well with beer (of course) or a cola, and your favorite program.

The fries, in particular, are the best kind of fries. Large cut, crisp on the outside. No bs, fancy seasoning. Not crinkle or curly or waffle. Just good fries. Might be frozen or whatever, not sure, I don't care. They have a good supplier.

I recommend the burger as well. With fries? Sure. Check out their daily specials, if they still have them.

Ironically, I don't order pizza from this place. Sorry Boston lol. I'll try again someday.

Usually order delivery, so I can't comment on the venue, if it changed. It is of "cozy size," though. The strip club next door is not in business I think, but the next door spots look busy all the time. Tattoos and fortune telling I think. Interesting.
