RUN LEGAL SUPPORT.....DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY! I live in Colorado and needed someone to be served in California. I called and spoke with Gabriella, she said sure no problem text me all the info and ill send you an invoice it will be $65.00. This was on 1/24/20. I sent every thing that day and thank goodness I purchased the tracking because I was being complete ignored after that! I sent a text on 1/28/20 confirming they received the documents and money order, no response. Sent another text 2/3/20 and Gabriella said they had not received it. Check the tracking and it was delivered to her on 1/29/20! Again no response. I sent another text on 2/4/20 with pictures of the receipts and tracking info. Finally 2/5/20 she responded that she would have another server do it by the end of the week. 2/11/20 I get a text asking me for directions on what she is supposed to do!? Um I thought RUN LEGAL SUPPORT IS A NOTARY AND PROCESS SERVER??? I need these papers signed immediately so I explain to Gabriella, the 1st page you serve to him, the second page is the return of service you fill out and send back to me, the 3rd page is the acceptance of service you have him sign. Then later I get a text that she just realized the forms need to be notarized...DUH! And that it will be another $15.00 and she will go get them notarized... I THOUGHT THEY WERE A NOTARY!! But whatever ok ill send you another $15.00 just get this done! Finally I get a text from her that she got him served and will send me the return of service and acceptance as soon as they are notarized. Great it's finally done! NO! Today is 3/4/2020 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN OF SERVICE AND HAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE COURT TWICE BECAUSE OF THIS! I parked in a darkened stall in this building that negligently had a metal piece hanging from the ceiling. As a result, my vehicle was damaged. First, I approached a parking attendant, older Hispanic woman, who was very rude. She dismissed me by demanding me to see the security guard. He referred me to the management office and I was greeted by another uncaring employee (Ruth). I then attempted to peaceably discuss this matter with the property manager, Jeff Magaro. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, he was also insensitive, as he continued to cut me off while speaking and refusing to resolve the matter. I guess it's true when they say "@*it rolls down hill"!

Think twice before parking in this building's garage. The staff are disrespectful and inept and the parking accomodations are horrible. You will end up with damaged property, with no one taking...
