Sojeong Skin Therapy — Local services in Los Angeles

So happy to have found this place! I was looking for a way to get facial massage that’s usually done in South Korea but with some searching I came upon this gem right in Los Angeles. Wishing to keep my skin youthful, young, even and healthy looking without surgery or injections, this was exactly what I was looking for, the meridian facial. On my first appointment I was greeted by Ms. Sojeong who explained what would happen during the facial just in case I would be surprised. I am so glad she explained cause I would have definitely been in for a surprise if she didn’t warn me ahead of time. The facial consisted of an hour and 25 min of pure facial massage bliss? If you would like to call it that ... it was actually somewhat not that awesome feeling at times but bearable. And I don’t like pain. The facial ended with a mask and some calf massage with a machine which was nice. After the facial I noticed that a wrinkle that was just next to my eyebrow vanished. Just as exercising ones body, Ms. Sojeong explained that in order for the lifting to remain, one would have to have a meridian massage as a part of a facial maintenance routine. Definitely would recommend coming here as an alternative to getting surgery or injections to get a lifted...

I started going to Sojeong (SJ) a year and a half ago. Since then I'm convinced that her hands are best in LA and even more convinced in her method.

My skin looks the better for sure. Which I can attribute to just paying more attention to my skin and going regularly to see SJ. But her facial massage has also lifted my face and I see a difference especially around my laugh lines. That's what makes SJ's treatments different and amazing!

Twice I went in with a cold and I left feeling almost healthy! I really think the lymphatic massage helped drain whatever bad juju I had going on. I thought it was a fluke the first time but after the second time, I'm a believer!

Also besides her hands giving you the best massage/treatment, she customizes her treatment for you. Sometimes she will choose LED treatment for me when my breakouts are worse but switches it up to Cryo when needed.

The place may be in a strip mall, but don’t let that fool you — it’s truly a hidden gem. Sojeong, the owner, is incredibly skilled and genuinely cares about customizing the treatment to your skin type and needs. It’s not one of those gimmicky “mask slapped on your face” experiences; you can really tell she knows what she’s doing.

She’s also so sweet and gave me great advice about diet and fitness — she’s very into health and nutrition herself, which was such a nice bonus. I wish I had found this place sooner. You don’t need a fancy spa that overcharges — this one delivers real results, personal care, and amazing value....
