this place is a TRUE gem! Unlike the airport, questionable ATMS, etc, this place gives you a very fair exchange rate and precise service to get you on your way. I was traveling to Europe and needed Euros, I called and when I arrived the helpful girl there had the funds ready and after an ID check she counted it out and I was on my way. Prior to arriving, I suggest calling so they can tell you exactly what you need to bring so you can be in and out. If there is any line, it moves fast and they are so kind and helpful...I tried to tip the girl because she was so good and she said they did not accept tips! Wow, again look no further than this place and exchange your currency here! ...

Terrible service, there is a lady working there she is extremely rude she doesn’t say hello back She made me lose big difference from my money because she want me to correct the name twice, I went twice and I did the correction and she still making problems and didn’t want to cash my money that sent from my family under my full legal name????? She is a terrible image of the place She wasted my time because she is just like to make peoples life miserable. This is kind of places where they want to take money not give money Be careful everyone. I don’t trust this place and I would never trust this evil person...

Exchange your money here before you travel internationally and it will save you money! I travel often, but on a low budget, and I’m so glad I found this place. I’ve gotten better rates here than from ATM’s in foreign countries and I have a credit union with low fees.

Never exchange at the airport! If you are doing hundreds of US$ those percentage differences mean significantly more money in your pocket. They show the exchange rate on the screen for you so you see exactly what you’re getting.
