The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Huge kudos to all for excellent customer service finding things in the store. On the other hand, shame on the site leadership for being 30 years behind the times. Haven't they heard of the benefits of having a unitized checkout line yet? I, as well as other customers, waited in lines with only 3 or 4 customers in front of us for 10 to 15 minutes because the person's being checked out had multiple issues to deal with while other checkout lines without such issues moved quickly and efficiently.

This problem is easy to fix. The store has lots of room to set up a unitized checkout line system. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me here. I will take my business elsewhere until this problem is fixed. This is a VERY simple problem to fix. Please exit the neanderthal age and join the 21st century. This one upgrade to ur store would GREATLY be appreciated and make the customer experience a far more pleasant one while bringing more business into the store. There's never a time you can walk in Ace Hardware Kihei and receive friendly service, hello and a smile. Unless you're a grouchy person you wouldn't recognize it. They know what isle your product is located saving time looking for it yourself, and if they can't help you with your problem they'll find someone with a solution. Ace Hardware Kihei is my favorite over and above the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes any day and time. Sometimes cheaper price equals wasted time looking for help or someone with good information and knowledge and in the end NOT having your product. Stressful shopping. A big shout out to their management by the professionalism of their local employees. Tgey live up to their logo...helpful and friendly. I have to say a little disappointed as I use Ace Hardware quite a bit all around the United States

Dear Local ownership group, I always prefer to buy local instead of the large chain stores. But when a hardware store can’t open its bathroom facility to a customer, not to mention the public, it really irks me.
