A great local place for breakfast. The owners handmake and prepare all the food for you. Nothing super fancy, just good comfort breakfast.
($6.75) 5/5: Breakfast Sandwich (Corn Beef Hash, Egg, Cheese, with mayo, mustard, on Wheat): Added some extra flavoring to the corn beef, the sandwich is actually more like a soft, fluffy hamburger bun. Not dense at all. The egg is fully encrusted around the bun.
($6.75) 3/5: Breakfast Sandwich (Portuguese Sausage, Egg, Cheese, with mayo, mustard, on Wheat): The only complaint is that the PS is cut into 3 slices the short way and placed in a triangular placement on the bun/sandwich. Its a bit saltier then the Corn beef hash.
5/5: 1 Pack (3x pcs) Malasadas w/ Custard inside. One of the best on the island. Hand made, and fried to order. These are not pre-made so expect to wait 10 mins. Well worth the wait. Soft crunch outside, but super moist and fluffy inside. Eat it while it is hot!
Overall, a great place to enjoy a bite to eat in the morning.

Read moreThe food was edible. It wasn’t bad but my eggs were cold by the time I received my food. I ordered the French toast special. I give it a low rating because it was cold in there for one and because the customer service was not the best. After we ordered the place got hit with a rush and there were only two employees the cook and the cashier whom I assume are husband and wife. She did not make eye contact with her customers and was just in a rush. In less than hour three different group of customers walked away. The reason for low rating, I literally watched the cashier help the cook and with her bare hands grabbed a loaf of bread and starting cutting attended a customer handled change and went back to cutting the loaf of bread, she stopped to hand out food. Not once did she sanitize or wash her hands. For this reason I give them a one star. We...
Read moreBusy place and it seemed had both locals and visitors to the island. Food tastes excellent. I had a 3 egg omelette with Spam, Green Peppers, and Onions. This came with a side and I chose hashbrowns, they were a little thin and crispy but not bad at all. (I added the ketchup before thinking to take the picture). A bit expensive for what I got in my opinion. The general appearance of the place was lacking just a bit. Speed of service - It took maybe 10 minutes to be served, so it was reasonable especially with how many orders they were trying to fill. The woman who took my order was very nice. You could tell it was a local “mom and pop” place - so I didn’t mind the above “negatives” that much. Exterior bathrooms that needed a pass code, it could use a good cleaning. But I think it’s shared with other venues so maybe not their...
