Ocean Terrace Public Beach — Attraction in Miami Beach

Went to Miami on a vacation and was told north beach was more family friend. Cleanish beach (only 👎🏼 for the the empty beer bottles scattered about and some even hidden in the sand). Went to Miami for my daughters 13TH birthday and ended up here. We found the coolest seashells I’ve ever seen in my life and my daughter absolutely enjoyed the bike ride down the beachfront. Clear skies and beautiful blue water greeted us. The spot we were in was right by Dade public library and the librarian was extremely nice by letting me charge my phone when we went in to use the bathroom. Perfect leisure spot! A beach you can walk into barefoot! I visited here multiple times and it was always a good experience. They have a large parking lot that is reasonably priced, bathrooms, water to rinse off after getting out of the ocean, and plenty of nearby places to eat and visit.

Sea turtles have laid eggs here so if you visit in the right time you will see all of the babies hatch!
