A bigger parking lot would really do this hotel good. Don't expect a pool or gym at this location. This particular hotel stays pretty busy. The airport Valet buses out front are a constant irritation. The drivers seem to have little or no driving experience & are always in the way. Your complimentary breakfast here will be nothing short of disappointing. Breakfast here consist of Apple Juice or Orange Juice. Coffee is available via machine. To the right-hand wall you will find bread, muffins (small), donuts, & cereal. Of course there is a toaster for the bread if you are feeling toast. For your money in my opinion a pool or other commidity would go quite along way. However if you wish to be close to the airport this is your location. The staff here was above & beyond awsome. Expect a high customer service level here in some ways it will repress the lack of appeal for the hotel itself. My room in particular was okay average. The age of the hotel is apparent from the condition of the rooms. These rooms do not have any sort of refrigeration. Your shower system will be a standing shower with no tub. These rooms sport a grand total of about 7 channels & all are news channels. So prepare to bring your own entertainment. Minor irritations such as flickering lights or malfunctioning shower heads will be your issue. Side note key cards here tend to fuse out & need to be reactivated at the front desk. Oddly enough this hotel has somewhat of a house cat population. Many abandoned cats littered the parking lot. Upon further investigation I found that a neighboring home along with the hotel itself gives sanctuary to the animals. Along the Ally way from my window of my room I could see cat towers, food bowls, cat houses, & of course many more cats. If you choose to stay here I would advise you to lock your doors. I had no problems, but the neighborhood gives off that sort of vibe. Lastly the parking area itself could do for a bit of maintenance. Trash littered the whole parking area. Trash such as paper, food, glass bottles, cans, & more. Please don't let the minor issues bug you. This is a great hotel if your looking for a cheaper stay. I just personally think more amenities should be there for your money. So in closing you can expect. Great people with amazing customer service. Older Hotel with dire need for repairs. Outside is in desperate need of some cleaning & work. Bell Hops & Airport Valet are going to get in your way & cause traffic issues.

2 stars are generous as you get what you pay for. We needed a bed for about 9 hours from or late flight in to heading out for a cruise. We got that. We also got tons of smells from the halls. To carry our luggage upstairs as there are no elevators. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue, but I have a disabled husband. Thank goodness he is ambulatory, I couldn't imagine if he couldn't walk. We had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport and then use Lyft to the ship port as shuttle signs up times happen on a first come first served basis... which we should have been told when I called to ensure it was all set. We slept, left and survived. That deserves 2 stars.

Dear god no. No. No. No. no. The shuttle from airport to port isn’t worth it. They filled up and we had to take an Uber anyway. The smellllllllllllll! It’s disgusting. It follows you from the lobby through the hallway to your room. It’s filthy everywhere. We had three rooms total and none of them were acceptable for the $180 we paid for EACH room. Breakfast was stale bagels and brown bananas. The walls are paper thin and we heard everything. Stay somewhere else. You will regret staying here.

I stayed here for only one night as I was waiting for my cruise departing day. They did have a hotel shuttle to pick you up and drop you off to the cruise port and to the airport. The staff was extremely nice and organized with this. I had no bad experiences with their transportation because everyone was wonderful. The front desk staff too were helpful and nice.

With all that being said, I will get to the actual physical hotel now. The hotel itself to me was not as bad as other reviews I have read on here. The hotel isnt really "dirty" per se but it's more not updated. There is a difference between something being dirty and something being not up to date looking. The beds were clean and the sheets were clean to what I seen but the beds were just kind of hard to sleep in to me because they were a bit too stiff for my liking. The pillows too could have been more comfortable. The bathroom was probably the most outdated of the whole room because you can see a couple of cracked tiles and a bit of outdated feeling to it. Plus the shower even with the door closed had water leaking to the outside by the toilet bowl which probably tells me that the molding between the floor and the shower probably needs to be resealed. The shower itself was clean to me. The tv in the room was a bit scrambled looking, not so much unwatchable but certainly could use a bit of a clearer picture to it. Also, I personally didn't smell anything weird in the main foyer like others have said they did. The breakfast they serve there wasn't the worst but the dining room is way too small that you're better off eating in your room instead. Also, there is no elevator so be prepared to walk up to the second floor if needed. The neighborhood itself isn't the best so I would say if you want to go to a restaurant, try to go and come back before it gets dark out. This location is about a 5 minute walking distance to some restaurants and there is also a Spanish restaurant across the street not sure if it was a Mexican restaurant or Cuban one. I was able to walk to the ihop around here in about 10 minutes and I passed the subway in about 6 minutes of walking.

So all in all, I did like my stay at this hotel but I would only stay there for one or two nights tops. Its definitely not for a long term stay but good enough to stay at if your destination is...

I wouldn't never stayed in this hotel again. It's doesn't matter how cheap it's. I wouldn't recommend for anyone either. First you opened and walking into the door, to the front desk it's was smells bad. The stairs carpet was so old, dirty and black and smells bad, you hold your breath while you're walking upstairs. When you opened your room you can smells mildew. It gave you a headache. The bathroom very small can't not fit 2 people in as a same time's. The windows so dirty you're can't see clearly outsides. The black mildew all around the farmers. The windows liked never been washed or cleaned for long time's. The lamps dust and very dirty for long time's. The telephone you don't want to touched it was so dirty you can see fingers printed all over on it. Like the maids she's never wiped it each times she is cleaned the room, I see short hair on it and dusty. The air conduction it's very loud noises. They're installed so low it blowing directly to your face you can't sleep. Even though I tried to moved the entilations up so won't blew directly to my face. When I moved the ventilations up the air blew the curtains, so see the lights it was too bright from the lights. It kept me up all night. And cold it was very thin covered I have to asked for another blanket. There are no restaurant. They has a menu for food, but are they had pork bbq, everything is bbq on the menu.It was very expensive. No soups or salads. I have to walked find gas station to get food there. The breakfast. Tiny cheaps donuts, tiny muffins, toasts and cheap cornflakes and oatmeats. Spend little more money to stay better place. The place make me sick of smells mildew i got home fro three days still sick my throats hurt my head...
