Was there on Christmas Day. Got there at three pm in Michigan city Indiana. My sister and I we get that it was Christmas Day. Very busy. Sat down. Took 20 mins to get someone to come to our table to ask if we have been waited on. It was a guy that got our waters. Then an extra five mins later server comes. Lady didn’t say merry Christmas or happy holidays. It was. What do you want to order. Food comes out rather quickly. My sister ordered the steak omelet I had the bbq cheeseburger. Way too much sauce when it was on the burger. Burger was not even fresh. Very bleh experience on Christmas Day Will be going elsewhere for a while.
Update: it’s been over a week and after copy and pasting the link. No one from guests relations or ihop has called me. Guess that no one really cares. Oh well. Eating elsewhere in Indiana
Update. No one has contacted me from Michigan city IHOP. I guess they don’t want my sisters and my business no more
Update: the manager finally calls me. Says he tried to call me In December. First of all I answered the call from him. He never responded. Second. I tried to explain to him that I can’t travel back there because my sister has two jobs and we can’t get to Michigan city ihop. Tried asking to mail a gift card or a refund. He talks over me and suggested a free burger but not give my sister anything for free. Definitely will not give my business to IHOP in...

The staff at IHOP is always friendly and welcoming. They're always happy to help you find the perfect meal, and they make sure that your coffee cup is always full.
The prices at IHOP are very reasonable, and they have a variety of specials and discounts throughout the week. I highly recommend IHOP to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.

Read moreCame in on New Years Day and it was pretty busy. The staff at the front desk seemed helpful. I was seated quickly but they gave only two silverware with three people and I had to grab my own booster seat. I had really been craving a Belgium waffle, so that was the main reason we were there. The kids ordered orange juice and the server explained that it was just taken out of the freezer and not ready yet. For meals, one kiddo oedered mac & cheese with applesauce but they were out if applesauce and kindly swapped it with fresh fruit. The other kiddo ordered the cupcake pancake breakfast meal and was very excited about it. It took a really long time to get our food and once we did, we were never once checked on. After we finished, I waited to request boxes and the check but did not see our server. We went to the bathroom and upon return, our check was on the table. We put on coats and waited longer to request take-out boxes but nobody came, so I went with the kids to the front counter and asked for two boxes. When I got back to the table a minute later, they were clearing the food. I asked them to stop so I can box the leftovers. The server came to apologize. The food was good and I would consider returning, just be wary of certain factors like how busy they are because it might...
