Wingstop — Restaurant in Michigan City

Idk who the heck yall hire. But let’s start off with we walked in and the music was soo loud, there were like 5 people in front of us that have been sitting there awhile you could see the frustration on their faces. About 10 minutes of waiting they finally got our order. We ordered and then they gave us our cups for our drinks. We went over to get our drinks and the space was filthy. Straws and forks mixed together and the 3 inch trash can completely full.. i stood by the big bench and waited for my food. While standing there waiting I witnessed only 2 people working. 1 bent down I am assuming fixing a machine, 1 in the back just eating; and I have no clue where the other guy came from. The 2 men that were behind the counter were working but they were cussing non-stop and the music was so bad. Cussing and filthy talk that we witnessed a family walking out. There was a lady that waited for a sandwhich for about 20 mins. Asked the guys about it 3 times and then she left. There was a man that waited for a good 15 mins. This place is the worst. The food was not terrible but the employees and the customer service were terrible. I personally will NEVER come back. We waited for over 30 mins and witnessed 3 people leave and 2 of them being door dashers just walked back out....

Hands-down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 37 years of life. Almost every time my experience is they are so rude over the phone and when you get there to pick up the order. so I will no longer be returning to this location and neither will my family. I was made to feel like I inconvenienced them for coming to their establishment and I don’t know if it was the One of the owners or if it was the person in charge, but I let him know we will not be returning in a polite manner because of how we were treated for simply ordering food from them and he said what happened as he leaned close to me over the counter as if he was about to get in my face and was combative when I simply said you know what happened. As my boyfriend and I were walking out he continued to ask what happened very loudly but we kept it moving for his best interest because at that point he was pushing his limits by disrespectfully speaking to me and getting close to my face with my very protective boyfriend right next to me. Needless to say this place does not care about their customers and are a terrible representation...

Wonderful little place. The staff is always so helpful and kind, even taking the time to check in and see if you like your food (while dining in). Prices are WELL within reason- 3 full meals with drinks, two regular fries and a speciality fry- for $33. A couple of small tables to dine in- which we always do. Portion sizes are an abundance too. Don’t get me started on their ranch. Seriously one of my favorites of any place. And if you haven’t tried their voodoo fries- DO IT. You won’t regret it. My wife and I tried them out about a month or so ago and have been three times now. It seems like everything is made fresh, so you don’t end up with dried out chicken like some of these other places. The sauce on the chicken sandwich can be a bit much sometimes, but hey- just use a fry and you’re good to go. Speaking of fries- what do they season theirs with?! It’s SO good! Everybody seems to be so excited about these big chain places coming to town… but we have a great one right here already!...
