Read moreI am a huge fan of their carne asada or steak burrito. So, I stopped by here just to get this one not to shop in anywhere at the mall. The female associate said hi and not smiling, tone was low and not quite pleasant. I ordered my usual and she was rushing. She did not suggest anything and proceeded at the register. I did not understand the rush as there was no line before or after me. I noticed that the burrito only like half to 3/4 size what the usual I was getting from their other location. So, I told the employee about it, and I said that it was too small, you know I am used to their burrito that they had a hard time wrapping it or closing it because it was overly stuffed and not at this one. She looked at me and with a harsh voice said that I only picked few ingredients and I said that was my usual, I always picked those but the one she made for me so small. She said with an unpleasant tone that I should had told her that I wanted double rice and double beans and I said well I was not used saying any and they were making it bigger than what she made. She was about to finalize the transaction, and I said to give those what she said those double rice and beans. It was not really nice the next scene, her action was telling it all that she did not like it through her gestures. Okay did it and it looked like the size I was expecting and processed my payment. Oh boy, she threw the bag in front of me and did not say a word in closing. She might be having a bad day. Anyway, the food still delicious, I loved it. The one-point deduction was that there was small amount of meat on the burrito, and it was chewy meat, most had fats. Read moreI wish there was a 0 star or 1/2 star option here. I usually do good reviews UNLESS the food or service was just horrible and that's what we have here. I made a catering order on 7/8/24 for an event for 7/20/24. I received several emails prior to my event confirming my order. On Friday 7/19 I received the last email from them saying "YOUR CHIPOTLE CATERING ORDER WILL BE READY TOMORROW". We requested for our food to be a delivered at 11:15am. It was 11:30am and nothing, so I decide to contact the store, well come to find that I CAN'T reach the store and I was able to speak to a catering person. She checks my order and tells me that they had a failed payment and my order was cancelled. I find it very odd that they would confirm my order several times but not tell me my payment didn't go through. (I used a company card by the way) The person I spoke with didn't have an answer for me and told me she would let their leadership team know. We depended on them to feed hungry people in a 90 degree weather. I waited for over 30 mins while she tried to call the store to see if they can get our order, but I would have to pick it up. After 30 mins I just hanged up and ordered pizza instead. I was not about to wait another 30 mins when I had kiddos to feed. This was my first and will be my last experience with them for any catering event. Don't depend on their emails confirming your order. My best advise is to follow up with them a day or 2 before your event if you decide to use them, to make sure there's nothing wrong...
