I recently visited your store and had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. Although the shop was not busy and there were staff members available, I was made to wait a long time just to pay for an item. I was directed to a counter at the back, but there was no cashier available. After waiting for a while, I noticed that the original counter we approached had two staff members standing there.
I walked back and asked if someone could help, only to be told again that the cashier at the back would assist us â yet no one did. Despite multiple staff being available, we continued to wait with no assistance. Eventually, we left the item behind and walked out. At that point, I decided to leave the item behind and exit the store. As I walked away, one staff member accused me of âthrowingâ the item, which was completely false. I simply set the item down, and due to the material of the hanger and the bench it was placed on, it made a loud noise â but that should not be mistaken for aggressive or disrespectful behavior.Being ignored repeatedly and then wrongly accused was incredibly frustrating and, to be honest, felt discriminatory. I expect basic respect and assistance as a customer, and this experience was far from that. It was unacceptable, and I hope this complaint is taken seriously. I urge you to review your staffâs conduct and provide proper training in professionalism and customer service....

I visited the store today to purchase two presents for friends and was reminded by the sales staff about a promotion offering an additional 20% off when buying two items, which was helpful. After picking out my gifts, I asked the cashier, Jane (I believe), if I could purchase an extra shopping bag since I needed twoâone for each friend. To my surprise, she firmly rejected my request, stating it was store policy to allow only one shopping bag per customer, no matter how many items were purchased.
I was frustrated by this, but decided to proceed with my purchase. However, when Jane rang up my total, the amount was incorrect. I had to point out that she hadnât applied the 20% discount. She corrected it without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, which left me feeling that her attitude was unprofessional and quite rude.
While I had a positive interaction with the other sales associates, Janeâs behavior negatively impacted my overall shopping experience. I hope the store takes note of this and provides better customer service training, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect...
   Read moreIn order to rate I had to give them 1 star. I went into this store about a scratch on a watch I bought from them less than 24 hours prior with my Reciept. Spoke to the lady who was greeting people at the door with coupons, showed her my issue and then first things she said " how do I know you didn't scratch it yourself" I told her and showed her my reciept purchased less than 24 hours ago and I just wanted to replace the watch. She refused to replace it , so I then ask her for the manager and she said she was the manager. I then said ok can I get your name and corporate office number to report my bad experience. She told me no to her name and if I wanted that information to just go Google it.
Sorry Michael Kors but as a military service member I took offense that she accused me of doing something bad to the watch..Why would I scratch the watch the first day I got it?
I think she really just had it in her mind it to believe or listen to me...Sure hope it was not an ethnicity thing .
Lesson learned to stay away from that store and maybe even Michael Kors if this is how they...
