But the staff here is so accommodating! Carlo was super helpful. He did a lot to help me find my fit. He didn't even hesitate to get a shoe from the high shelves that require a ladder. Aliana helped us with our purchase and return. I purchased shoes online that didn't fit me and she ensured my return price was accurate, which meant a lot to me because sometimes employees don't care if the price is off by $1-5. Very unhappy with the shift manager Monique. When i got at the store @8:15 he metal fence was half way closed .At 8:20 pm the manager came over to tell me they are closing in 20 min ( they supposed to work until 9 pm) they closed completely @8:30 pm I asked her for a certain size she told me right away she does not have it. Did not bother even to check. I asked another girl and she was able to find it in the back. Unfortunately, I bought some max cushion shoes for $105 here. After wearing them for 4 hours at home inside the house, the "max cushion" was only for the heel area, and my front foot could feel the soles of the shoe as if no padding was present. Unfortunately that is totally unacceptable for $105 new shoes. So I returned the pair immediately. After trying their whole product line offering, I've concluded their shoes are very low quality and sub-par. As a result I will no longer ever consider Sketchers as a viable brand to purchase.
