After spending about 15 minutes on my order while sitting in my car, I then spent over a half hour at Taco Bell attempting to get the mobile app to work, as well as try to communicate successfully to the employees what the problems were. This picture is just one of the things that went wrong. When removing items out of the cart in the app, it may remove the wrong item, as well as add a copy of another item. What I had in my cart originally was a few hot sauces, and what is pictured, except one of the boxes was instead supposed to be a Blue Raspberry Lemonade Freeze. But, while removing the hot sauces (because the app kept messing up with them in the cart), it also removed the Freeze, AND ADDED another box. I had to redo my cart several times, and it still got past me because I only removed one item the last time, and didn't think the app would mess up so bad. When I got home and found the extra meal, I thought maybe the employees threw it in as compensation for all the trouble I had, but nope, I checked the order history and there it was, a meal I didn't even add to my cart that I had to pay for.
There are several other complaints I have. For one, the employees, especially the manager, were not very fun to interact with. Before I continue, let me say that I don't expect compensation whenever there's a minor issue. But, when it's THIS BAD, and the manager does not only not offer some kind of compensation (refund, coupon, etc) after so much time and energy wasted, but also has to be complained to in order to fix their wrongs, it's very upsetting. McDonald's, for example, usually gives coupons for the slightest problems, nothing on the level of this.
Oh and by the way, Taco Bell's best food, that I drove almost an hour round trip for, those loaded fries things? THEY DON'T SELL THEM ANYMORE!
Oh yeah, and the free item I got on the app, nacho fries, they also don't sell those anymore. So why give me a free coupon for it?

Read moreHad the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with a Taco Bell employee at store #035313 in Monroe WA. Whilst in the drive through and attempting to make an order, the employee made the choice to play a game with my order cutting me off before I could finish saying each item, and then following each item up with a myriad of questions for each item (Beef, chicken or steak? Sourcream? Tomatoes? Make it spicy? Is that everything? ) in a rushed paced. She did this for EVERY menu item I ordered- once at the window, her and another staff member were laughing hysterically. I have a short video as well of the final items we added to our order. I have never been to a Taco Bell where I felt so disrespected and like I was an annoyance for coming to an establishment. Since she could see I wasn’t amused, she then proceeded to say “Oh I put some of my food in when I was taking your order and I kept looking over at it.” When I didn’t laugh, she said “Oh, I thought it was funny” and slowly closed the window.
While waiting for our food, we could hear the staff member proceed with this “game” to the cars behind us. I’m really understanding that people want to make their job fun, but to do it at the expense of the customer is in bad taste. I won’t be visiting this...

I drive down there, even though I don't want to, I get to the order box and the girl says hi, welcome to Taco Bell (something). I respond, "hello, how's your night going?". She, in a very short tone says, order whenever you're ready. Okay, maybe she's having a bad night too. I ask for the beefy melt burrito, and she says she doesn't know what that is. Fine, I like a lot of things at Taco Bell, I'll improvise. She did do the "extra meat, add sour cream" which a lot of people don't do but I told her at the first item, I appreciate that but I can just tell you add ons I want. She gets increasingly more agitated with each item and I only ordered 4 things. Then the guy at the window seemed just as irritated that I wanted to talk to him like we were two human beings rather than just going through a script of a super annoyed employee that has no want or need to be there. Haven't eaten the food yet, I'm sure it's fine, it Taco Bell after all. I just hope the cooks enjoy their life more than their customer...
