A fine starter apartment for recent grads, but nothing more.

Pros: reasonably priced modern units dry cleaner in building is great nice doormen (at least the senior staff) great maintenance staff who come quick great gym facilities

Cons: loud construction during the days and nights from neighboring buildings water has leaked from above units multiple times. Pipe infrastructure is old and management continues to bandage it. long lines for elevators happens often laundry in basement has one elevator and it’s the service elevator (not always running) beautiful lounge that you cannot rent out low floor-south facing units will deal with lots of pigeons. not great location for subway. 15 min walk to GC doormen often don’t hold door open for you. Or they’re on their phones and allow anyone in. expensive laundry and none in unit. Loads cost $3.75 super doesn’t live in building 7 days a week. This is a big one because I had a lockout and the doormen lost my keys. This led to a 2am hire of a locksmith, $1000 bill, and a 8 month long back-and-forth with management to get...
