Disgusting!
Slapping the Hilton "lipstick" name on a building doesn't alter the fact it's still a pig
Carelessness has diminished this hotel rapidly! We stayed in years 2018, 2019, earlier in the year 2020 & then didn't stay again until 2023
In 2023 this hotel had so many MAJOR issues that we stayed THREE TIMES in 2024 at a different hotel in Canton I WAS ALSO IN AN ADA ACCESSIBLE ROOM NOBODY CAME TO HELP ME they will NOT come to help you (to communicate with you that it is a false alarm or to help you)
If ALL that wasn't bad enough, the Fire alarm activated twice more during our stay (all inopportune times, of course). And the same things occurred they did not fix anything even after I told them the FIRST time how their inaction affected us & deeply scared & concerned us
The place was also in disrepair:
Door, sink faucet, kitchenette, toilet seat
Door key card reader wouldn't work (that's why we should still have knowledge of & use analog!) because the door would not open!

We had an excellent time. Although we were there for business & leisure, I didn't appreciate the breakfast closing at 9a (I understand this hour is due to business guests who normally start their days early & leave early prior to 9a but there are others there that wanted a decent sleep & to wake before 8a weekdays & 9a weekends is unrealistic).
Breakfast needs an overhaul. The pot for oatmeal was deceptive because it had gravy in it but was labeled as OATMEAL. When you have gravy, get another pot out for oatmeal because EVERYONE thought it was oatmeal, & it should've been an option.
Label your drawers so people know where to find utensils. The sandwiches were awful. A better breakfast @ Hampton, Garden Inn, etc is preferable.
2 things need Changed:
Arrived September 14, 2018 so whoever worked housekeeping hadn't cleaned the toilet in a WHILE. I had to! There was TONS of built up grime, bacteria & mold growing. You can see I bought my own toilet cleaner & did it myself.
Also, ALL towels (wash, hand & body towels) were so very, extremely rough! They hurt! We stay in many hotels across the country. We love traveling! But we were tired of this hotel because of the towels after 10 days. Change your towels out for softer ones (preferably zero twist...
Read moreNot very clean, questionable hospitality. Alot of damages to walls, trim and baseboards on third floor and room. Seems to be from laundry cart as we witnessed the cart rubbing the walls. Sink faucet isn’t tightened down and is floppy in the hole and you can tell it’s been that way a long while by the round marks on the sink from it moving. It’s not supposed to move. The sofa bed and desk chair is stained and gross. Needs cleaned or replaced. Mattress appeared clean and no bedbugs or dirt found. Very awkwardly set up. Main doors aren’t usable but you cart. Side door is ok. Cart had some kind of blue slim all over it. Our body wash hasn’t been filled which for us isn’t no big deal we bring our stuff but it just shows the lack of attention of making sure each guests room is maintained properly. If too lacks to fill it how do I know they are changing bed sheets. Laying in bed the bedside lamps shade is so short you are blinded by the lamp as there is no shade covering it. Thought these was good for reading but not at this hotel haha. I take photos to protect ourselves that we aren’t the ones that’s damaged and soiled the rooms. We leave them in great condition but we don’t always receive them that way. We put the chair by the couch and didn’t use any of it because it was gross.
Be aware there is train tracks unsure how busy the tracks are. One employee said there are trains other employee appeared to be manager hushed that up. So if you are a sensitive sleeper it’s right behind the hotel. We are in the front never heard it if there was any on a Saturday night.
However, since around 4 in the morning nothing but running and stopping feet all up and down the hallway on the third floor. 5:22 AM I opened my door to try to see where they was running to and from but I but they into the room as soon as I opened my door theirs shut so I didn’t get the door opened in time. Sounded like kids from voices and the short little stomps. Adults needs to do better and teach some respect or learn some themselves. It was uncalled for but you say something it makes it worse and we needed sleep! This has made sleep lacking and I’m being generous with the stars because this isn’t exactly the hotels fault that guests are rude and are not quiet at night or make kids be respectful. I didn’t call down as I couldn’t catch what room they was in and trying to enjoy our time.
However, this isn’t typical at most hotels we have stayed. Won’t be back. Too much money for this poor experience. We aren’t doing breakfast here as the cleanliness of the room reflects how we would feel with things we would consume.

Read moreAfter a long day of traveling. We checked in our room to find that are pocket door was stuck closed. Called front desk to see if they had someone to take a look at it. The man came up to are room before we could unload are luggage which was great. Tried fixing but said it was off the track and broke. I asked if we could get a different room. He said he would check and let us know. Waited a good half hour and never heard back. decided to take the luggage cart back and the 2 front desk guys were watching tv and on their phones. I Figured we weren't switching rooms and went to my room disappointed. Nobody likes use the bathroom and stink up your room.... Next day upon checking out . The women said sorry and could give some points but would have to talk to a manager who wasn't there. Tried multiple times and left messages. The hilton sign says free night if not satisfied in there hotels. Didn't want that . Just some compensation. Finally reached out to corporate and said i would receive a whole $50. Would receive within 7 - 10 days. Reached out after 12 days and said it would be another 3. Very frustrated with the...
