I have been in the market for a new mattress for several months after discovering over time that a mattress I purchased online a year ago was too firm, and causing me hip and back pain. I abhor an aggressive sales pitch, and was not looking forward to navigating brick and mortar mattress retailers to find a mattress that would meet my needs. My first stop was to Sleep Solutions, where I met Tim, one of their salespeople. He spent so much time with me prior to guiding me through the showroom, asking questions about my sleep patterns, health history, and mattress preferences. Tim showed me mattresses from all price points and materials. I felt zero pressure to purchase anything, and his knowledge of the products in the showroom was vast and detailed. I appreciated his candor and friendly disposition. He did not attempt to sway my eventual purchase along a certain price point, but on my comfort preferences. I had planned on visiting two other mattress retailers in the area, but I knew I had found the mattress I had been looking for, and made my purchase that day. When I told my boyfriend I wanted to get a king sized mattress he told me to go see Kenny at Mattress Warehouse. I honestly wasn't planning on buying a mattress anytime soon and thought I could test out what I liked vs what I didn’t so when the time came to buy I could do so at one of those online companies. Kenny Bauer changed my mind and I bought a mattress, box springs, headboard and mattress cover that day. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything, Kenny was informative and gave me honest answers to my questions. He was real with me and I appreciate that. I like to feel like I’m buying from something who has my interests at heart and not someone looking to fill a quota. I really believe he wanted to make sure I found the right bed. I would defiantly recommend coming to mattress warehouse just make sure you talk to Kenny B. I got some amazing deals and he was honest and knowledgeable with me. It’s nice to know there are still quality people out there looking to give you the most bang for your buck and not just there to swindle you out...

We came here about 2 weeks ago after going to every other mattress store in the Belden area. Tim was very helpful and took his time answering any and all questions we had. He helped us find the right bed for our needs and at a price we felt comfortable with. It was extremely low pressure and it felt like he was really passionate about helping us get a good nights sleep. Because of covid most other mattress/furniture stores are running a 4-6 week delivery time but sleep outfitters is running no more than 3 weeks. We were scheduled for delivery at the end of next week and Tim called because it came in early so they delivered our bed yesterday and they set it up free of charge! The delivery guys were very friendly and worked quickly to get our bed set up. We opted for a memory foam mattress with the adjustable base and I don’t know how I lived this long without having an adjustable base.
