Visiting from Georgia to Ohio for a function. Ordered from the website, rack of lamb was served lamb loin. I eat lamb all the time all types, and I know the different between loin and rack. Spoke with owner regarding what the website advertises versus what the customer is served. When I spoke with him, he proceeded to tell me that it was a website error and he buys what is available... I had no problem with that however the customer should have been made aware of the change in cuts of meat. So I was telling the owner these are totally different and he proceeds to get angry with me as though I know the inner workings of his business. I ordered what I saw on the website and what I was served was not what was advertised. I then had to speak to the niece of the business because I was not getting through to the owner about false advertising but thought that I should just accept what I was served and paid for. I tried incessantly to explain but we did not see eye to eye. At the conclusion of our exchange, my monies were refunded and I left the establishment. Why the long post.... One reason. U cannot expect customers to accept for face value whatever u serve them and offer no explanation why the change. U are in business and u are serving an informed consumer. So for future I would hope this establishment would be more careful when serving and selling to the public. Imagine in these times are absolutely critical and consumers have an expectation to be served what they pay for and if not then as said consumer I have the right to voice my opinion about the quality, service, and pricing. In the future, if u are to eat at this restaurant and u are not served what u paid for kindly get a refund. The days of just accepting substandard quality can no longer be tolerated. It is just bad for business and not a good look to not listen to the customers issues and all u do is give a refund. How long will substandard business practices be allowed? As long as u do not stand up u will fall...
Read moreI have no complain about food. Fod is decent and sweets are good too. Its the service that is bad. This is the 4th time we had bad experience and I believe it is time to share my experiences. 1) They deliver food within 5 mile and I could show proof via google map my home is within 5 miles but still they do not deliver. I did not argue. 2) Twice we went there after 2:30 and were refused as restaurant closing at 3. OK we turned back both times 3) Today we went at 2:15 and we were seated. But we were reminded 3 times while eating lunch that restaurant closing at 3. We were almost done and at 3 they closed the restaurant lights. It is as rude as they can get. This is no class and no way to behave. I am done going to this restaurant and I will make sure my organization will never order food from there until they explain and correct this behavior.
Before posting this review I wanted to talk to the owner and explain him what happened but the girl over the phone said he is too busy...
Read moreI wanted to love this place. We went because we were looking for an Indian buffet, and Google recommended this place. There was no buffet but we stayed and ordered. We ordered Paneer Pakora, Special Kabob Platter, and Tavi Tikki to start. The portions were good sized. The Paneer and Tavi were very good. The kabob however was not. The meat tasted “off” and we were not fans of the sweet sauce. We had the displeasure of the aftermath of this meal for two days.
The young man that sat us was extremely nice. The server however didn’t know the menu, and didn’t seem to care. To put it bluntly she seemed annoyed to be serving us. We ultimately had to ask one of the other servers to help us, and we ended up getting the rest of our meal to go.
We opened up our takeout for dinner to find two hairs in the Bhindi Masala and promptly threw it out. We made the mistake of eating the chicken mango curry. That was a big mistake.
The naan were really...
