Let's start with the good. I absolutely love the new mango lemonade - quite likely my current favorite. The tomato soup, grilled cheese, salads, and flatbread pizza were all very tasty. The young girl working at the register was very polite and offered to assist with drinks. Now for the bad... Post COVID or not this was the dirtiest Panera Bread that I have ever been in. There were plenty of employees working and it was not particularly busy but the condition was absolutely unacceptable for the premium that you pay. Quality food should be the biggest challenge not the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every single table, and there were a bunch, were filthy. We finally just had to get napkins with water to wipe and dry the table that we wanted to sit at. There were more than four uncleared tables that I could see and tons of random food on the floors like no one was sweeping throughout the day. My expectations when I am paying $70+ for lunch is a nice clean atmosphere - not a crummy fast food like experience. Also, there were tiny black bugs flying all over the dining room and the bathroom. I am not sure that these were fruit flies. I suggest having the pest control company foam all of the drains the next time that they are out. No one likes to try to get bugs off of their food while eating. Overall, it felt very gross to eat at this location and I was very displeased with this experience big time.... This is the first Panera Bread anywhere that I have had to leave a review like this. Major fail from a...
Read moreThey always humor my 80 year old mom. The employees are so patient when she takes extra long to get her debit card out. Thank you for allowing her that normalcy. Bless y'all! Cashier recognized we were mother and daughter which she loves so much. She was extremely friendly along with the employees who prepared our food. She likes it when she is recognized as a regular customer. We've been places where employees roll their eyes and are not helpful or nice. She walks with a cane she is doing her best to pay and move along to get her drink. PANERA DOESNT BLINK AN EYE. She only likesto go to Panera Starbucks and outback. Panera does the best at being patient and smiling. the manager even spent time when we got ready to leave and had small talk with her. She said oh that french onion soup is good! Good job young man or something along that line. She loves french onion soup. Y'all doing the Lord's work. Have as senior special or early bird special! Everyone gets to move as slow as they want to without...
Read more1st time visiting this location and it will be my last. I used the kiosk to place my order when my order was ready the young lady with the black trimmed glasses and mustache was rude. I asked if they do pickles with whole sandwiches and she stared at me as if I was getting on her last nerve. She proceeded to look at the monitor to check my order and says oh yeah you can have a pickle...she gave me the pickle with the same hand she just got done touching a nasty screen with and I threw it away. I sat there and observed just to be sure I wasn't being extra or sensitive but nope I was correct. They don't change the gloves and the service wasn't good keep in mind it was a Sunday and the staff looked below 21. I'll stick with chick fil a even though I'm tired of chicken but at least the...
