When we arrived the building was falling down on the whole side! In the lobby, it was so outdated, and nothing like the pictures showed when we booked on the app! I expressed my concern to the front desk clerk, and she was immediate and defensive. She told us we were I. The updated part of the hotel and needed to go to a completely separate building. We did, and upon entry, it was all under construction. The carpet was not even decor well down the hall to our room, and tile was unfinished in the entry as you walked in. There were people right outside the entry smoking pot, and it smelled SO BAD! We HAD to walk through the cloud of smoke to get in. Then, when we got in our room, it was so dark, and the couch was so mashed down, you couldn’t sit in it. The bed had two complete divots where people sleep, so the mattresses were so overused! In the bathroom, there was a new stool, and a new shower, but yellow stuff running down the wall. I wanted to ask for my money back, but it said it was nonrefundable when I booked, and the front desk lady was already so rude! |When we went to check out, Ester was also really rude. She never asked how our stay was, but I did ask who the property manager was. She would not give me a last name or how to contact her, so I took a picture of the name on the wall I asked if there was any contact information and I was told no. I asked for a receipt, and I was told that there was no computer system that could print me a receipt. I asked to have one mailed to me, and she said ok, and then just walked away. I stood there, and she asked me what else I needed. I asked her if she wanted my email address, and she said “I guess I can write it down if you want me to”. |This was the second HORRIBLE stay at a quality inn, and I will NEVER stay at another one! I will write. Review everywhere I can about this...
Read moreThe building housing the reception desk looked like a dilapidated and abandoned barn and I didn't realize at first it was an open hotel. There was rubble, garbage, and large trucks idling all night parked about 8ft from the entrance to the building with the rooms which made it hard to identify the entrance. Two men were grilling on a camping stove on the ground right in front of the entrance.
Most of the hotel appears to be under renovation with a large sheet covering a section of the hallway, areas of the entrance missing tile, torn up pain on the walls, and very dirty.
The walls and ceiling are extremely thin making it so that you can hear what every other hotel guest is saying and doing around you and making it very difficult to sleep.
The plumbing in the building seems to be broken. Any time someone uses a sink, toilet, or shower, the plumbing groans and shakes the walls. Our toilet required 4-5 flushes each time to function and felt like it could easily come detached.
The shower would alternate between low pressure, high pressure, and medium pressure randomly, along with either burning hot or freezing cold water, without touching any of the knobs.
The AC would run full blast for 1 minute, making the room frigid, and then stop and not run for 5-10 min allowing the room to heat up considerably. Changing the settings did not modify this behavior and the wild temperature swings made it difficult to sleep on top of all the noise.
There were what appeared to be children and family members of the housekeeping staff running up and down the hall screaming at different times of the day.
I don't believe this hotel should be open in its current state, at least until renovations are complete. It was like sleeping in a construction zone.
The one bright spot was that the hotel receptionist was polite, friendly, and...

The call that was made to us for our room was quite pleasant and nice to talk to the lady that was setting the room up for us. That’s where the pleasantry stops though. As we were arriving to the quality inn, we come to find out, quite literally on arrival, that check ins stop at 6:45 pm. We were not given a call nor a courtesy email telling us what room we will be going into and our room key wasn’t in the after hours check in box.
We absolutely had a horrible experience trying to get a key card to get into the room we booked weeks ago. We were lucky enough that another couple was trying to get the attention of the front desk receptionist to get directions of where their room was. She didn’t have a good interaction with anyone though for that she was rude, annoyed at the entire world, snappy, and acted like she was superior to everyone. Not a good person to put as a receptionist in my opinion but, to each business their own. After the key card was given to us, we made our way to the room and again not impressed with the room for the amount we paid for at all! Toilet paper holder that was secured to the wall,at one point, was definitely coming out(added picture). The Air condition is a make shift window unit that is on its last leg and had a weird stale smell.(added picture). The sheets were not cleaned before our arrival or had stains on it as we got in, not entirely sure which one it is but hoping it’s just stains(added picture). The ,”included breakfast” did not have any protein(eggs, sausages, yogurt, etc). They did have waffles though and cereal. They had orange juice and that was it really.
The only saving grace about the room was the shower and shower stall had a cool feature to it.
This is not a quality inn that I would ever...
