Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Pagosa Springs

I hate doing this, because I love Papa John's but I just ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust some chicken wings and some garlic bread sticks. When we brought it home and opened up the box I had a box that was empty, or almost empty all they had was just marinara sauce. I've been on the phone what does Papa John's for about 40 minutes when all I keep hearing is that repeated message about the new pepperoni pizza. The food was great, when I first called and order my food was very quickly taken. But I'm trying to fix this and no one's calling in or answering the phone. Manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We have ordered from Papa John’s usually twice a week and have not encountered such service. Our order was wrong the past twos time but this time was incredibly wrong and no help or good customer service front the Pagosa location. The customer service was blamed on the customer we were hung up on. He said “you can say what you want, we will cancel the order”. We did not get a refund or an apology. I had never been to a Papa John's but there wasn't any other commercial chain pizza choices in Pagosa Springs such as pizza hut or dominos so I gave them a try. I realized that day, I did not like Papa John's. It's not necessarily the pizza places fault I personally didn't like the taste of the pizza sauce. The sauce was to sweet for me. The pizza looked good, tasted fresh, and staff was friendly.
