The food is average good, the bagels in particular are yummy. The service on the other hand is beyond bad. After walking in today to pick up an order that my co worker had placed I got treated horrible for no reason. I was not acknowledged at all and had to wait between 15-20 mins to even be asked what I wanted, the employee behind the counter asked what I had ordered. I told her I didn't know what the order was since I was picking it up for a friend. I told her the name on the order to which she responded; that tells me nothing. She then started acting upset and proceeded to say ;is it eggs ham and a bagel? I responded, it might be that.
She then handed the bag to the other employee running the cash register. As I walk up to the register to pay I pulled out my debit card and I hand it to her, she told me it was only cash because their system was down. I said I have no cash, she asked me if I could go to the ATM but I said I couldn't since I had already wasted 25 mins waiting there and I had to go back to work. She then asked me if it was ok for her to write down the numbers on my card so that she could run it later once the system came back up and I agreed. She then points at a sign and tells me READ, I see on the sign that they charge $0.60 extra if you pay with a card. Basically you end up paying the business merchant fees. I assumed that with how much a plate cost the merchant fee would be covered in the price. She forgot to hand me the food bag and was ready to attend the next customer, I had to ask her for my food and at that point she seemed upset and handed it to me in a very nasty way. Slamming it against the counter. I felt disrespected and mistreated for no reason. Needless to say, I won't be coming back and I will make sure to tell others to skip this place specially with so many other good places around. I highly recommend management to evaluate their employees and coach them on how to treat paying customers and how to run their shift. They obviously have no idea on what they're doing. They're disrespectful and shouldn't work attending customers.

I agree, though they have good tasting bagels and sandwiches, what good is that if you don't good customer service, or in this case, ANY customer service. The customer service at this place is down right ridiculous and lacking. The employees barely make any eye contact with you and tend to mumble. They ALL look miserable to be there and sure do act like it too. I have given this place 3 chances and at all 3, customer service severely sucked. At the 3rd time, I asked for a tuna melt. When the lady gave me my order I asked if they put lettuce and tomato. She answered with an attitude that I didnt ask for it. I sincerely said that I thought all sandwiches had lettuce and tomato to which she replied with an attitude again that they did not. So I asked her if she could put lettuce and tomato for me. She didnt even look at me or even told me anything. She kept going about her business at the counter top and then put something into my bag and left with out saying a word. This is not the first time this has happened, all three visits were similar.
So first off you're going to give me attitude and then just not even bother to address me or say anything? When I looked into my bag she had wrapped lettuce and tomato in wrapping paper. Which was just odd. I gave her no reason to behave like this, I don't believe in being a difficult customer ever. The only consequence you will see from me is that you will no longer have my business and I will make sure to let my friends know that this place sucks in customer service, to not even bother.

Read moreOn Monday, August 12th, I visited this place, and I have to say, my experience was severely marred by the behavior of the woman at the front counter. She was a white lady with blue eyes, and her attitude was absolutely appalling. From the moment I walked in, she barked orders at me, telling me to go get a drink without even answering my simple questions. When I asked her to customize a bagel, she bluntly refused, claiming they don’t do that. Then, when I requested a plain bagel, she dismissively asked if I could even see a plain bagel available. Her rude and condescending manner was completely uncalled for, and she clearly lacks the professionalism required for a customer service role. I understand that working on a Monday might not be the highlight of her week, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. That said, the bagels themselves were quite good.
