Calypso Resort and Towers by Panhandle Getaways — Local services in Panama City Beach

Was not crazy impressed with anything besides location during my stay. Also was not crazy disappointed. But, I did lose an item (Apple Pencil) during my stay and did not realize it until I was already home. Colby, a worker for panhandle went out of his way for an over a week to try to find it for me. He would update me every 1-2 days, and reached out to multiple different people to try and have it found for me. I didn’t book with panhandle, but their employees in the office at the Calypso resort are stellar. They have the answer for pretty much everything, and are willing to help guests even if they didn’t book with them. Caroline specifically took excellent care of me in the daytime hours, and whoever the evening employee is was also incredibly helpful - even at 1:30AM after a long day of flying to get to our destination.

Great condos with beautiful views. Not so great elevators though. Slow or not working. Takes a long time to get up and down when it’s busy due to only 1 maybe 2 working. Also since it’s close to pier park and we were there for spring break the beach was closed at night.
