All American Diner? Yes please. No matter who you are, tourist, local, extravagant, mild, this IS the place for you. I will break this down into sections and tell you why this is the place to come to.
Firstly, the food. My family of five got, choc chip waffle, cheeseburger, bacon burger, ham cheese omelet. The waffle was extremely browned and soft, just how he asked. The dough had a great flavor, cooked to perfection. Chocolate chips and whipped cream lined the whole thing, each chip a taste of real cocoa. The cheeseburger was good. The beef wasn't pink, or even hard/soft, it was seasoned and cooked to a t. The cheese was melted on there, making each inch of beef a very cheesy burger bite. The veggies were also grilled to a nice crunch. The fries were healthily salted, and each bite was soft. They also weren't cold, another nice plus. The next burger was the exact same as the previous, but the bacon made it stand out. It was crunchy, but not burnt, someone watched it until it was cooked wonderfully. It was the best bacon had in a long time, one of my members stated. The omelet was also very good. The eggs were cooked good, but the ham cubes were a perfect burst of flavor, then the cheese made each bite a taste of happy. One of my members said it was a great omelet, no complaints. Then, my meal, Chicken, eggs, hash browns, and toast. My grilled chicken breast was out of this world. I opened it up, the perfect cook! The chicken was so incredibly tender I thought it was rubber. With my braces, it was even easier than normal to eat because of this nice quirk. The juiciness of the chicken was delightful, and then the seasoning. My chicken was seasoned awesomely. I'm pretty sure it was Cajun, and anyway, it gave me a little kick, but it tasted wonderful! Each bite was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. Then my eggs. I asked for Swiss cheese in my eggs, granted. The eggs were soft, and so buttery and cheesy! Each bite tasted like a memory of home. The toast was good, everyone else said. It was buttered pretty nice. The hash browns were soft and crunchy, a perfect mix between each bite, to keep you coming back. Finally, my water. Even IT was good. This food is 5/5, 10/5 if I could give it. Moving on to service, we will talk about a great waiter and times.
Next, service. We were seated the second we went in. We got an amazing waitress, not fake nice, genuinely caring for us. She took our orders, got everything out to us the second it was ready, and made sure we had everything we needed. Speaking of service, after we ordered, we got our food in 15 minutes! We were treated amazingly here, and I couldn't have been more thankful. Service easily gets 5 stars. Next up we are going to atmosphere, where we talk about liveliness, vibe, and music and stuff.
Third, Atmosphere. When walking in, I immediately saw Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and American flags. An immediate flashback to the sixties hit me when I saw this, and also when I saw the booths. Red, and with white tables, then a pledge to the American flag? Perfect. Music wasn't the loudest, but it was just general feel good, a nice touch. The liveliness of the place was real, people everywhere, coming in through the door, the place was packed. Chatter filled the restaurant and happy laughs were there as well. The vibe of the place was amazing. Especially since, when I got my food, everything I'd asked for was accommodated wonderfully. Nothing I'd wanted went not done. They really care about you here! The atmosphere also gets 5 stars, really cool. We then will move on to price, our last point, where we talk about some deals of the century.
Finally, Price. After eating, our check was... ONLY 89 DOLLARS! That's a christmas miracle. If you go to some places, they usually charge upwards of 120 dollars, but not here! They aren't here to rob you, they're here to provide you with a homey American restaurant. That's rare nowadays folks. The price would also get 5 stars if there was a rating.

Read moreThe atmosphere at these "malt shop" diners are an experience all their own. It takes you back to a place in time when life seemed a little more simple. The jukebox was the biggest electronic device going. The layout of this place is great especially with the small space. A ton of Elvis memorabilia is on almost every wall. Some Marilyn Monroe and other decor is spread around the diner as well. The counter with bar stools is really nice. It truly is something to see. I arrived as it opened around 7am. It didn't seem overcrowded and I didn't have any wait time at the buffet. The waitress was amazing! It was the person you expected to see when entering. After talking to her, I found out she is the original waitress here. The breakfast bar is priced fair. The food itself is just ok. It's typical breakfast food with an added fruit bar but nothing special. Although, the experience is why you go to places like this anyway. I would definitely recommend at least once. Plan on spending $25-$30 for 2...
Read moreWent there last night and staff seem rushed, asked for coffee and was told "we don't have any because we are closing soon" but they reluctantly made some. They also continued to seat the next three families that showed up to eat. We were given the coffee without the creamer. I had to get up and ask for the creamer. When we received the two milkshakes, they were plopped down slapped on the table. Finally, when I was going to pay the bill, she asked "how much tip would you like to add to your card?" We weren't going to pay any tip at all for horrible service. Left $2 cash rather than $.02 cents. We just felt that the professionalism wasn't there and felt we were a bother to them. We will be looking for a diner further away from the main strip. Maybe this one is a tourist trap where they want the influx of people without offering quality of the dining experience. No stars deserved for...
