Venezia Pool — Local services in Paradise

Very disappointing and we won’t be returning. One of the female hosts was rude to us when we tried to get a table but we brushed it off and just thought she was having a bad day. Later, we ordered drinks and food but had to go up to the bar to get our own drinks since the waiter was taking longer than usual for the amount of guests and again we brushed it off. However, about 30 minutes later, a guest came to our table and said he overheard the host talking to other employees about our table making unprofessional comments within earshot of a lot of pool guests, including himself and his friends. The host was heard using racial slurs which is why the guest thought we needed to know. We had already paid and were charged a mandatory 18% gratuity for a table of 2 and we didn’t want to create a scene so we chose to leave and call in a complaint instead but the person on the phone seemed uninterested and told us to call back later. This pool sucks I don’t prefer the one on the 4th floor it has more to do & perfect in separating kid pools, main pool, and adult pools while this pool has everyone squished in one or two tiny small pools. It’s honestly not worth it we made our way back to 3rd/4th floor & had a better experience since we get to choose the peace of having an adult couple section & option on cabana. So if you’re looking for your own tailoring I prefer the other bigger sections of pool...

The waitresses are TERRIBLE! Today 03/22/2024 my daughter and I rented two lounge chairs. We've been here since 9:45am and it's 2:15pm. Not once did they ask if we needed anything, they were ONLY focused on the drunks in the pool.
