Just got back home from staying here was suppose to be 11 nights. Had about an 8 to 8 1/2 hour drive there and just wanted to get to the hotel for the night to relax. Upon arrival went into to tell them we were there to check in, first off the lady at the counter came off very rude, just about threw the key cards to our room at us, gave us a dirty look as we were walking back to our rental to get our things. We walked up to our room, ( that was suppose to be a 3 bedroom suite) first look of it was horrible nothing from what we were showed when booking, not to mentioned smelled like complete a**. Continued to look throughout the room the 3rd bedroom was very tiny, very weird set up (almost looked like they just threw a wall in there just to make it look “presentable”) not to mention the holes in the ceiling and walls completely splitting apart where you could see the metal support out of the wall barely holding it up. Decided to try it just for a night until we were able to talk to someone about it. Not to mention the pool looked very unhealthy to the point I would even let my niece swim in it. My mom had gotten very sick FROM JUST SLEEPING in that nastyness. The floors alone were very visible that they had not been clean the correct way, as if your feet would turn black just be walking from your “room” to the bathroom which was basically right on top of each other. The next morning we had went down very early to see what we could do. The manager had not been in the office at the time we went down so we went to visit the island for a few hours. Came back around 11-12 ish to finally talk to him but it was over the phone ( while he was in the facility) instead of coming down to discuss in person. Told him everything we had seen and smelled and asked if there was anything they would be able to do either get reimbursed or maybe switch to a room that was actually cleaned properly. He told us that there was absolutely nothing that he could do and that we were screwed. We had made the decision to tell him that we were gonna leave and go find somewhere( which is what we did) he got angry with us and told us that they were not going to refund at all (after he told us we would get refunded for the rest of our stay) not to mention it was suppose to be a no pet hotel which they have a peice of paper posted up on the window facing the road way, apparently that doesn’t stop anyone from bringing Loud barking dogs in, after you had complained about it when you first heard them “trying” to get some sleep. I would not stay here if even they weren’t doing construction that wakes you up at 6 am, making you feel like the entire hotel was gonna fall on you. And lastly I wouldn’t count on getting your 50 dollar deposit back that they make you pay for upon checking in. I’m mean unless you like everything you have read from here I would not recommend this hotel at all means…. Take your hard earned money and go to any other beautiful hotels in the area or maybe treat your self nice to one of the...

This place should be condemned and destroyed. Pigeon Forge is beautiful, and does not deserve to have such a disgusting place open in the heart of the area. This place purely lives of the fact it's on the main strip. It's also extremely close to The Island in Pigeon Forge.

We booked a full month in advance, and after driving 20 hours to get to them, they informed us they had canceled our reservation. No call or communication at all to inform of the cancelation. We were going to be left on the street with a car full of kids (and the general manager was just fine with that), but I was able to bottle my rage enough to have a productive conversation with the front desk, and get 1 room for the night (after having booked a "2 room suite"). I was charged more for that 1 room per night, then I had what I had paid for the "2 room" dive, I mean "suite". I was also forced to sleep on the floor because absolutely no folding beds, mattresses, or even cots were available. The place is an absolute dive, dated, gross, full of flies and bugs. Even for the low bargain price, it's absolutely not worth it. Either pay more, or find a place with in a short drive. You're literally better off sleeping in your car, or in the street, than staying here.

update would give this place 0 stars if I could. I found a "2 star" place 10 minutes away, and it felt like a 4 star place after that experience. Left fearful of having picked up bedbugs after reading other reviews, only stayed because I checked the bedding and mattresses after reading those bedbug experiences, and was greeted with stained and nasty bedding. Bugs, water stains, mold, they don't clean, and if they do they do so incredibly poorly.

Such a bad experience I completely forgot one of the reasons we booked was the "indoor pool". More like a ground level chemical pit. Almost got a UTI just from looking at it.

Everything was filthy. The door didn't close properly. Not that it mattered because the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor was so large, small animals could come and go. Do you know how bad a place has to be for even a stoner to get upset at the amount of drugs being used in this place? Wouldn't be surprised if they were sold here too, because the amount of different voices in the halls, and parking lot all night long is abnormal. This place was the worst place I've ever stayed at, ever. This includes my travels overseas to developing countries (what people incorrectly call third world countries). It's so bad, I honestly think politicians should do something about it, or the police, or Better Business Bureau...

I was kind of scare after I read so many reviews about how dirty and not friendly staff was but I suck it up because the days we where going there almost everything place was booked. So here is my honest review we star there from Oct 16 to Oct 19 in a family room on the 7 floor. As I walk to the room the elevator need a cosmetic update it worked perfectly just need some cosmetic upgrade, swimming pool is on the small size the chlorine smell is strong and the water look a little cloudy not Cristal clear is a indoor pool and the staff was super nice turning the lights on so my husband and one of my kids can used it late at night.now walking to the room the VIEW is incredible nice for taking pictures and just enjoy your morning cup of coffee looking at it. They have a Terrance with chais and tables on the second or third floor I believe that you can sit and enjoy the views also. Now when we got to our suite it was bigger than expected smell clean I would say it was sone foot print on the wall on the fist room and in the last one and the top of the fridge was some frozen ice with spill soda in it you can tell they do not look and clean the top but bottom of fridge was super clean floors feel like they cleaned but not deep clean it. The a/c have a little mold on one side but because I always carry Lysol wipes (you know covid and germs) I just kind of wipe it off myself and the foot print in one of the bedrooms wall I cleaned it too. Bathroom was super clean and stock with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel they smell really good. Staff was super friendly, housekeeping came when we where out and made our beds they take the used towels and leave clean ones. Next day they came back and give us more clean towels and trash bags it was nice! I just feel they need to be more detail oriented on the time of cleaning the rooms where clean just not deep clean in some areas but not a big deal. No bugs at all so I am happy about that. Just need to work on repaint some of the trim and those details like door knobs stuff that look lose and fix. Now let’s talk about LOCATION this is a walking distant to the Pirate voyage show we just walked there and right back, walking distant to a pizza place , goats on the roof souvenir store, chocolate monkey and more. You are in the middle of pigeaon forge and driving to any other attraction is no more then 15-17 minutes. Overall is a Good Inn for half of cost of...
