BUYER BEWARE. We were looking for a good deal and we did get one on a king mattress. We also ordered a waterproof hypoallergenic mattress cover.....also king size. I didn't like the fact they were trying to push a set of USED but "sanitized" box springs, we said no. We had tried a mattress that way about 8 years ago from them. The mattress they delivered was STAINED. (YIKES) All seemed fine this time until delivery.... They delivered the new mattress and a QUEEN cover. My wife said to them "We ordered a king can't you give us the king we ordered?" They refused without seeing a copy of the receipt....It was still in my car. She refused the mattress cover. I had driven to work and I'm miles away in my work van. (couldn't they have looked that up at the store?) I came back to my vehicle and shot a picture of the receipt and sent it to my wife. Sounds like an honest mistake but the ATTITUDE they gave her was unacceptable. Why would we order a QUEEN cover for the KING mattress we just paid outright for?? My wife, understandably upset went right to this Pinellas Park location and spoke firmly to manager Nathan. He did give us the king cover and two pillows at no cost. The last time we went to Mattress firm EIGHT YEARS ago we had a lot of issues too. Google reviews may have you at 4.9 but CONSUMER AFFAIRS (.COM) RATES YOU AT 2.0 WITH 3336 COMMENTS. PLUS NUMEROUS NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK. BUYER BEWARE. To the response below: Manager Nathan fought to compensate us with two pillows, originally he only wanted to give us one. (What good is one when there are TWO of us in the new bed?) He also stated he was being generous when he gave us the King size mattress protector that WE ORDERED to begin with. Nathans argument was doesn't everyone make mistakes some times!? True but why should we be penalized for THEIR mistake? Its over...

Our salesman JA’quan was the bees knees. He greeted us upon arrival and assured us he would be right with us and to take a look around. After looking around a bit ja’quan came over after he was done with his prior customer and we discussed what we were looking for. He showed us a few mattress that fit our budget as well as comfort level. During the time of looking, trying beds out, the buying process the thing that made this the most enjoyable was ja’quan was himself. He wasn’t some robotic voice or someone who read the scripture too much. Ja’quan was just there with his own personality and he felt with my fiancé who sometime is too much for people but Jaquan and him laughed several times throughout this process and honestly Jaquan wasn’t with the BS if we asked some thing he let us know truthfully about what we were asking. I think him being himself and giving honest answers is what made this Probably the best mattress buying experience. We really appreciate him staying after hours to not only complete a sale but to have a positive attitude even when we know he has a family to go home too& he was there definitely past...

Nathan was all by himself working his tail off but still managed to say hello & acknowledged me within a minute of coming in. He was very knowledgeable & didn't pressure sails me, especially after I made my monthly budget clear. I did spend more than I ever wanted to on a bed but I can already tell I have just made an investment on my overall health. I am a female Army combat veteran with lots of surgeries behind me & more coming up. The lift base I got will really help when I can't lay down in bed. (It's impossible the first 2 months to try and lay flat after shoulder operations) it will especially be helpful when my husband is not at home to help if I get bedridden after another operation that requires lots of bed healing. One more Time ya'll!☝️We got the bed the next day! So Tonight will be our first time sleeping on it. I got a great deal & military discount as well on the mattress protector (that can actually be washed in warm or hot water & dryer) As well as the smallest tempurpedic pillow that fit perfect inside my silk pillowcase.
