Just bought a mattress and box spring from here!! What a deal!! I'm sleeping on a 20 year old bed currently. I've been shopping around and comparing prices for months, through 5 different stores and online deals. First I went to Bob's furniture in Regency mall and left feeling more uncomfortable with spending my money there then when I walked in, they had horrible service and they didn't know their products. So I stopped at one local matress retailer and that sucked so I decided to stop into Mattresses Firm. I dealt with a very nice man who knew what he was talking about , was very friendly, and took the time to answer my numerous questions. Had it not been for the fact that black Friday was a week away I would have purchased the mattress set then and there. So today I went to Steins in Kenosha when they opened. The man that helped us was okay, but left us sitting there alone alot to gi try to make other sales. I was looking at buying a beauty rest set from there but the warrenty sucked, they overcharge for mattress protectors, if you don't get a matress protector then you are stuck with the mattress set if you don't like it, they said free delivery but charge to take your old mattress set away, they charge $150 if you want to return your mattress for a different set, and the list goes on. So I had the guy right my quote down on a card and I took a few pics of the bed and the specs/price. I went directly to Mattress Firm. Not only did Mattress Firm beat the sale from the other store with a better bed for the same price, they gave me two free pillows ($29 each) that were better then the competition, a free bed cover ($79), their best bed cover for $20 (with a $129 value &10yr warrenty), they have truly fee same or next day delivery with removal, 120 night love your mattress guarantee, 10 year warrenty without having to have a bed cover on the bed (it's up to you), plus a 100 day money guarantee if you're mattress set goes on sale for cheaper or a competitor had it for sale plus they take an extra 10% off to beat the competition. So being that it's black Friday I got crazy good deals with the free pillows, mattress covers, and they are sending me a Wi-Fi SONOS speaker that hooks up to a cell or whatever to play music etc. ($200 all day long to buy)!! My sales lady was exceptional! She new her stuff, when I told her what the other deal I was that I was looking at she instantly showed me a comparable mattress set (but it was actually a better one), she was able to get me next day delivery ( I would have had to wait 10 days if I went with Steins), and she was super nice and just awesome! She even helped us to our car with the pillows and mattress covers!! I would recommend this store out of all the competition in the Racine/ Kenosha/ Milwaukee area to EVERYONE who is looking to buy a new mattress set!! Even though I am writing this before I've had my bed delivered or had a chance to sleep in it, I know if something goes wrong this store in Pleasant Prairie will go out of their way to help me!! I bought a $899 bed 8 years ago that was awesome and the only reason I got rid of it was because I had to move and couldn't take it with me and I hadn't protected it against dust with a cover and my son is very allergic so I gave it to someone in need. Bought a queen size beautyrest mattress, medium firmness, and got a free head adjustable base. David Tyryfter, the gentleman we worked with was very friendly (great sense of humor), knowledgeable, and not pushy. Prices seem competitive with a range of affordability.

Upon delivery, the queen hydraulic bed frame didn't work. We called a bed frame company for replacement parts which should have been delivered in 2 weeks. After three weeks we called back up and they said the parts were on backorder for yet another month. The Mattress Firm DM out of Madison who had reached out to me when we first had issues took it on himself to help us. He ended up allowing us to return the queen bed, replace the broken queen base with a king base for free, and upgrade to the king size bed for just the cost difference of the beds (we upgraded to the serta i series). Free delivery and free pickup of our other bed/base and no "restocking fee".

I can honestly say that this Mattress Firm, and the management of this company is top notch. It wasn't their fault the base manufacturing company gave us a bogus base, nor was it Mattress Firm's fault that we couldn't get the parts replaced. Top notch service! Even after all of my online research, I learned more about sleep and mattresses from Dave. Dave asked a few questions about our sleeping habits and preferences and recommended we try a selection of mattresses. He gave us time to settle and relax, with no pressure, rushing, or awkward hovering.

We narrowed our choices and spoke about sales and deals and left, once again feeling no pressure to make a decision (or a purchase). We returned the next day to again try our favorite mattresses (for longer, this time)--we laid down on a couple mattresses for 15+ minutes while Dave quietly worked elsewhere in the store.

Dave answered some additional questions we had, then we realized that not just once, but TWICE we unintentionally kept him past the time the store was supposed to close. He never even mentioned it, let alone asked us to wrap things up! He was patient and accommodating, and we made our purchase on the 2nd visit. Coordinating delivery was easy.

We visited a couple of other mattress stores, but Dave T. and MattressFirm were the most knowledgeable about what they were selling and helpful to us and our decision making.
