Pros: It's a Chick-fil-A and the store itself is beautiful. (Two stars) Cons: It is as un-Chick-fil-A as any Chick-fil-A could could be. App ordering is pointless AND Chick-fil-A membership means NOTHING here. Long waits, subpar food quality, incomplete orders. Mediocre service. (Feels very Mc.. I can't even bring myself to type it, but you get my point). Plenty of staff, but they seem very confused/unorganized/untrained. After several visits...

Three easy ways to order food at this Chick-fil-A: DRIVE PAST THIS STORE and visit Racine to the North or Vernon Hills to the South (Trust me, you'll have time). If you insist on going to Pleasant Prairie, proceed to Step 2.

a. Open your Chick-fil-A one app AT HOME, place your order, choose "pick up" and "prepare my order now", go get in your car, drive to this location. b. Wait 10 more minutes in your car upon arrival. C. Go in, wait 5‐10 more minutes for your name to be called for an incomplete, warm food order. ** d. Napkins, straws, sauces, and all food items may also not be included, so please budget extra time in case you need to make 1-2 trips back into the store (Your hungry family waiting in the car WILL NOT UNDERSTAND if you come back to the car without everything.) ** Disclaimer: Do not wait for the "Your Chick-fil-a order is ready" notification! we drove through the drive-through and ordered two meals. We ordered a number one, which was just a sandwich and macaroni. We ordered a 12 piece nugget meal. They told us to go pick a number spot around the corner and they would bring her food right out to us. As we pulled into the number spot the lady brought us our food and we headed home. I was so impressed because there was barely a wait. We got all the way home by Tremper and called when we realized our sandwich was missing. When I called to let them know that the sandwich was missing, they told me that they would write it down that they owe us a sandwich. I asked her a logical question, what are you going to do for the inconvenience of my son not having a sandwich to eat now and the fact that it’s gonna take more gas to get out to Chick-fil-A to pick up the sandwich again. She said give us a brownie. Mind you the beginning of the phone call she said that she would give us that sandwich and an extra sandwich for the inconvenience. Towards the end of the phone call, she changed her story and said that she would just be replacing the sandwich. Until I mentioned the inconvenience, and then she threw in a brownie. Everything about my visit to this location was wonderful, but the best part of it came from dealing with a member of staff member who in my eyes is a rockstar. I was on a work trip in the area and took my team and I to breakfast at this Pleasant Prairie location on a Saturday morning. Well I left without getting my card back and didn’t realize it until I was at a different restaurant early Sunday morning. Well, I had to drive back to my home in Omaha that day so it was on my mind the whole drive back and until Monday morning when I could call them to see if they had it or if I lost it. I called the number listed on their google page and was able to talk to Robbie, who located my card and made sure it was in fact my card. Robbie went above and beyond to make sure that my card would make it back into my hands as soon as possible, and even covered the cost of shipping! To my surprise, when I opened up the package today, there were gift cards inside and a nice note from him.
