Stayed at this location for a week during a business trip.
Conveniently located in the Plymouth meeting area next to a number of shops and eating options. Large store complex 2-3 minutes away: Target, Lowes, Best Buy, Five Below and other stores.
Large parking lot...never had an issue finding a spot, even when coming back to the hotel later in the evening.
Check-in and our processes were simple. All staff at front counter, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all great...friendly and efficient.
Room was well-kept. The full kitchen (full fridge, dual burner stove, full sink and microwave) came in very handy during the longer stay. The separate living area, with its L-shaped sofa-bed, ottoman and TV was great if bringing the family. The bedroom was neat with two queens beds, lots of surfaces and large TV. There is also a small desk and chair and also led into the bathroom sink and separate toilet/shower room. I do prefer to have all (sink/toilet/shower) behind one door...but not a big deal. TVs had lots of channels.
Wifi was a bit hit or miss...seemed to be better on computers but when using iphones/ipads, it kept requiring to sign into the Hilton Honors network and many times giving errors after the room credentials were entered. Though the bandwidth was more than adequate once signed in.
Lots of outlets, lights and USB outlets all around. Heating/cooling unit worked as expected.
Gym was neat and well-maintained with all the necessary machines. Though on my first visit, there were cups and no water...and my second visit, there was water but no cups ?! I ended up going to the front desk where they gave me a bottle of water.
Did not use the pool, but it looks clean. Ice machines on every floor as well as vending machines with $1.50 20oz soda bottles...which was great. Laundry machines on main floor near gym.
Breakfast was adequate...a few hot items: eggs and sausage, a variety of breads, cereals, juices, yogurts and fruit. Good enough to sit down for a quick bite or to grab a few items before hitting the road.
Little pantry area where you can buy snacks and convenience-store-type foods near the front desk.
Overall a great experience...recommended for those staying in the area. Lots of perks for those looking for longer stays and waiting to feel...

I stayed here two weeks ago. The location is remote; behind the MetroPlex.
The front desk workers are very nice. Chyna is so accomodating and pleasant. She makes sure you're concerns and/or request are met.
The lobby and access areas such as the gym, laundry and pool are clean.
The rooms are setup pretty good considering all they pack in their suites: kitchen, desk, sofa bed.... they have a full kitchen with a dish washer! They provide the dish soap, a pot and pan along with utensils. If you plan on cooking bring big spoon, spatula and seasonings. If you're a light sleeper, I don't suggest accepting a room that's facing the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
I love the patio area!! It has a sitting area as well as a grilling area with a counter & chairs!!! It was too chilly to go out & enjoy but nice to know it's there.
The suites draw crowds of kids having pool parties on the weekends. The first floor floors were wet. We couldn't enjoy the warm salt water pool because too many children were in there.
The location is family friendly and off to the side of the Front desk, they have books for children as well as snacks, pizza, ice cream etc. to purchase.
Pets are allowed. Uggggh!!! It appears that someone's dog urinated and their owner said nothing and as a result, first floor as you approached the elevators smelled really bad!! I mean cracked face bad!! We contacted the front desk and eventually the awful smell was cleaned. The location should erect an area off in the corner outside for people to walk their dogs so they can do their business respectfully.
The location offers free breakfast until 10AM however if there's large groups, the area can get really busy and they run out of things quickly. The kitchen people tried to keep up. They did a good job keeping the food area as clean as they could given the volume of people. Pack patience or go to Cracker Barrel about a mile down the road.
I'd definitely go...
Read moreWe went for the philly marathon weekend (6ppl ) drove 5hrs to this place. We booked on the Hilton app directly (2 joint rooms - 1king and 2 queens w pull out sofa) .
We get to the hotel and we have NO joint rooms and on different floors. We get blamed by staff "its your fault you didnt book it properly" we then showed them their app and Hilton confirmation of aboved stated and they seemed shocked as if they never seem something like this. We proceed to stay since we drove 5hrs ( 1baby - 1 teen- 1 disabled senior - 3 adults) and 2 of us we're running next morning . Only reason why we stayed but super regrettable. As per hilton staff our reservation was modified to put families from a flood instead.
We stayed they expect 3 adult size ppl to sleep in one bed. We asked for extra pillows blanket or bedsheets for the pull out, they didnt have any so tough luck.
In the morning while getting ready to go run, i killed the first bug .( i stopped counting after 15).
We went running some 18 miles away from the Hilton property. N i start getting calls from my wife (6mos baby) that they're bugs ( on the bed, bedsheets, blankents, tv stand, wall, floor etc.) Im trying to go back the car asap while running.
We get back to the hotel take everything out. Only to have reception staff say "they're harmless beetle bugs ".
Now we paid more since the reservation was made last min. As per hilton hotel staff " well you stayed here so you owe us money".
Hilton made it clear that it is perfectly approved certified that its up to their standards to sleep with bugs-feces. We we're just voicing out for 6month baby- teenager and a disabled senior. That they shouldn't be put to this type of hazardous conditions because their staff says its ok to sleep with bugs and bug feces.
So please do yourself a favor for your health n go somewhere else. There is cheaper places...
