The “manager” Mike was extremely unprofessional. I came in, was not greeted nor acknowledged. He was sitting there going back and forth with another staff member about lateness or something along those lines. He made eye contact and then continued to prep wings (red flag number one for me). Then the front started to get busy, a group of kids came in behind me and a staff member stated “Mike you have people at the front.” At which point Mike said “I’ll with you all in a minute.” He continued to prep, several minutes had passed. Then when he comes to the front he completely by-passes me and attempts to help the group of kids who were clearly standing behind me and there well after me. I interrupted, and demanded to be serviced first so that I could leave and get back to my child. Before leaving the house the app said that my order was complete (i placed an order for a small pizza at 6:26pm I was at the store at 7:03pm). He mentioned that they haven’t even put my order in for the 10 inch pizza. I was honestly livid but I exited the building calmly. When i called to discuss my experience I wanted to escalate to a manager. Just my luck that unprofessional, Mike with the stereotypes was the manager on duty (so he claims). He refused to provide me with the corporate phone number and claimed he didn’t have it. It took him extremely long to even provide who the general manager is so that I could further escalate the experience because he is in extremely need of training. All in all it was just a bad experience. I urge you all to take your business elsewhere if Mike is on the clock. Especially if you fall into a category of people whom he is not...
Read moreI wish I had checked reviews before ordering… our first time at this location. Since moving… woo saaa this is a long one. As a small business owner I absolutely hate to ever give a bad review. However this experience I just had with this location was horrible. Ordered online as I always have, at previous home with different store. It updated to delivered just under an hour later. I called. The person who answered could not communicate at all. He said “driver 4 minutes”. I said excuse me, he repeated. I said he’ll arrive in 4 minutes he said yes hung up. I guess I should’ve appreciated the fact I got an answer. Because 15 minutes later I called again, and was on hold for 19 minutes. Finally my husband drove the 10 minutes to the store. Only to find a manager who couldn’t communicate what was going on. The a man calls me and says “papa John’s Driver” , i said where are you he said driver. I said are you here he said yes. I went outside he wasn’t not there. He then stated to hold on and hung. Up he called the store … as my husband stood there. And then the store called me. Until the worker realized we were the order they were already dealing with. My husband asked could they please just make the order and he would take it to go … the manager handed his phone to do a translate… my husband gave it back and left. 2 + hours later and we had cereal. If you read along thank you. I had to share this experience after seeing others...
Read moreWorst experience ever go? Delivery driver was very very nice about bringing my food and she apologized for the item that the store did not give her. but the issue is the food, it was cold and they forgot part of my order and when I called the manager to let them know or associate not really sure who it was they were rude and very disrespectful to me telling me oh, you can get something off of your next order and I’m explaining to them that I stay in a hotel and then she keeps repeating well what did we forget and I said you forgot my soda then she says very rudely well, what kind of soda did we forget I can’t bring a soda if you don’t know what kind of was so I’ll tell her. It was a Sprite a 20 ounce and then she just hangs up the phone This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Papa John’s, and I do not know if I’ll be ordering for them again after this review, I will be writing a letter to their corporate to let them know about this service was very...
