i love bluebell, but i don't feel like the employees know how to scoop icecream.. with a double cone they make the scoops too big and i always have to ask for a cup to avoid dropping a scoop. if they make a single, the icecream simply just sits on top of the cone and its just like a hollow empty cone. maybe i suck at eating icecream from a cone or maybe they werent taught a more efficient way. shouldnt have to ask for a cup for my icecream cone bc its just like falling off and not melting into the center of the empty cone quick enough the old bluebell place here called the waffle cone rarely had this issue. the owners were also typically the ones there running the place and they seemed to care more about the people making their business profitable. the owners only ever show up here when its busy to help their employees out. i can understand young women being really stressed on those days where its packed to the gills. tldr, learn to scoop icecream better & have better work attitudes and maybe once we have answered those few questions, you wont be so disappointed by little to no tip. also, the venue is small, please be mindful to others when taking your large family with mostly small children in it. they can get very loud very quickly & they tend to be everywhere?? they have two picnic tables in the front thats more suitable for the larger families and small children. i strongly feel that the customer service there could drastically improve, especially since most of the employees are teenagers still learning to have...

If you’re looking for pure joy in a waffle cone, look no further than Grandma Bs sweet treats! We stumbled upon it by chance, but from the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special.

The atmosphere is cozy and charming, with a bright, clean vibe that makes it perfect for families. But the real magic? The ice cream. Wow. Just look at the smile on our little guy’s face—covered in chocolate, rainbow swirls, and pure happiness! He chose the most colorful, delicious scoop imaginable, nestled in a perfectly crisp, chocolate-dipped cone that could only be described as legendary.

The flavors were rich, vibrant, and bursting with taste—you could tell this wasn’t your average scoop shop. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every creamy bite.

Staff were friendly, patient (even with the indecisive little ones!), and made us feel right at home.

This place is more than just a treat—it’s a memory-maker. We’ll be talking about this ice cream and that epic cone for a long time. Don’t walk—RUN—to this sweet little gem. Your taste buds (and your kids!) will...

If you’re in Rockport and craving something cold and sweet, Grandma B Sweet Treats is the jackpot! The ice cream scoops here are HUGE — like, “good luck finishing it without a nap” huge. The flavors are colorful, creamy, and delicious, with something for everyone from classics like mint chocolate chip to wild rainbow creations that look like edible artwork.

The waffle cones are fresh, crunchy, and strong enough to actually hold those monster-sized scoops (important when your ice cream is bigger than your fist!). The shop itself has a fun, old-school ice cream parlor vibe that just makes you feel happy the second you walk in.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they care about their customers and making the experience special.

Bottom line: If you love ice cream and you’re anywhere near Rockport, Grandma B’s is a must-stop. Bring your sweet tooth, and maybe a napkin or two, because you’re...

Had a craving for something sweet, so I Googled nearby sweet shops (I don’t live in this area). Grandma B’s was the first place to pop up that was even open at 7:00 pm on a Sunday (they don’t close until 9:00 pm - awesome!). I’m not a huge fan of sweets, so I just got something very simple to satisfy my craving - double scoop of Blue Bell rainbow sherbet. This review is based on more though. We were immediately greeted by the staff. The place was busting at the seams with people enjoying ice cream, snow cones, floats and other desserts. The shop is cute and has several types of candy and chocolates for purchase. We were politely served with smiles and thank you’s. There is plenty of indoor seating an also two picnic tables outside. It looks like many of the locals frequent this establishment with their families and friends. I want to return to try more menu items.
