i love bluebell, but i don't feel like the employees know how to scoop icecream.. with a double cone they make the scoops too big and i always have to ask for a cup to avoid dropping a scoop. if they make a single, the icecream simply just sits on top of the cone and its just like a hollow empty cone. maybe i suck at eating icecream from a cone or maybe they werent taught a more efficient way. shouldnt have to ask for a cup for my icecream cone bc its just like falling off and not melting into the center of the empty cone quick enough the old bluebell place here called the waffle cone rarely had this issue. the owners were also typically the ones there running the place and they seemed to care more about the people making their business profitable. the owners only ever show up here when its busy to help their employees out. i can understand young women being really stressed on those days where its packed to the gills. tldr, learn to scoop icecream better & have better work attitudes and maybe once we have answered those few questions, you wont be so disappointed by little to no tip. also, the venue is small, please be mindful to others when taking your large family with mostly small children in it. they can get very loud very quickly & they tend to be everywhere?? they have two picnic tables in the front thats more suitable for the larger families and small children. i strongly feel that the customer service there could drastically improve, especially since most of the employees are teenagers still learning to have...
