Bay Window — Local services in Rockport

This was my second experience at Bay Window and both by far had the worst customer service I have had in any shop/boutique in Rockport. The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because their clothing was cute but by far very overpriced! The employees there did not acknowledge my husband and I and basically turned their noses up on both occasions. No "how can I help you, hi/hello, are you looking for anything in particular?" This store obviously had a certain clientele that they PREFER to cater to, what a disappointment because last time I checked my money is just as green. Don't recommend this store due to the extreme poor customer service and the overpriced apparel they carry. Businesses make money on merchandise and the quality of attentiveness they give customers. Totally not a business I would support based on their houtie...

worst store ever to visit… i dropped by because i’ve never been here and it caught my eye so i was sitting in the parking lot waiting for some friends and the owner comes to my window first of all and knocks on my private property and asks what i’m doing here so i tell her i’m waiting for friends and she says ok, then walks off. a couple minutes later cops show up and ask me to leave the property so i ask why and they said she just didn’t want me there. what kind of women does this?? and i’m sure thays why the buisness never has customers anyways. and you also dress and act like you have money mam so instead of investing into clothes you should really fix all of the brown cracks in between your teeth before you...

This store may have adorable items but they have poor customer care. I walked in and the two girls in the front were on their phones and didn’t acknowledge me in any way. I was the only one in the small store. A third employee walked by and didn’t look at me. I went to the Children’s section in the back and there was a woman marking clothes who didn’t look at me. It felt awkward. As I left someone that they knew walked in and they greeted her with an enthusiastic “Hi!!”. My experience was very similar to the man with the tattoos in another review.
