My girlfriend and I are new to St. Petersburg. While I was at work she told me that an older blonde lady who looks like the manager yelled loudly at her in front of the other guests as she was putting her stuff down on a table before she ordered. My girlfriend simply did not see the sign, a genuine and little mistake. I also work in the customer service industry and would never lose my cool to a customer like that and embarrass them in front of others even if the issue at hand was 10 times as big as that. I was going to make the owner Dan aware of this distressing and gross behavior coming from this employee as any reasonable owner who cares about his business and customer satisfaction would care about that. Unfortunately, upon looking at other reviews this happens quite frequently to customers by the same blonde, older employee. ‘Little Man Dan’ not only doesn’t address her continued bad actions in his responses to said reviews but he makes excuses for her gross and mean behavior. As a result, I decided that going to such a soft and scared of confrontation owner (Dan) with my complaint would prove to be a wasted effort. However, I can still leave this bad review.
