This office requires you to arrive a full 30 minutes early before your appointment. My appointment time was for 8:30. I arrived at 8:35. I didnât even get to have my appointment. The Doctor wouldnât even consider seeing me. She considered me to be almost an hour late. There was no one else waiting in the lobby. I was just told to reschedule. I live in Largo which is 40 minutes away. I go to school full time. This was the only time I was able to show up for a physical. I have to drop my son at school and doors do not open until a certain time. I am a single mom and have no help with picking up or dropping my son off. The traffic was awful. I have no car and got a rental to come to this appointment because I definitely wouldnât have been able to make it by bus. The staff was very cold. I even told them that I did not have an extensive medical history. I donât have allergies. Iâm not on any medication. I donât have any mental health issues. Never had any surgeries or have ever been hospitalized. They said the paperwork would still take 30 minutes. I was told the rules apply to everybody. I understand that. I do value the doctorâs time. I just had no other way but to do my best to get here by 8:30. I really needed this appointment to be able to start a job I was recently hired for. I need to start as soon as possible so that I do not get even further behind on my bills. The offices closer to me donât have appointments available until next month. I canât start the job without the physical. The only other times that I was given to reschedule were days that Iâm in school from 9am to 5:30. While making the appointment over the phone I even asked if Patient paperwork was able to be emailed to me so that I may fill it out and have it ready. I was told no that everything is electronic and that I should be fine as long as I could arrive by 8:30.I tried my best and Itâs really disappointing that the doctor wouldnât even consider seeing me. Dr. Janna Myer. Iâm not sure if this is the correct spelling of her name. She wasnât listed on the website and there was no card for her at...
Read moresuch poor customer service!! I myself worked in front office all my life, this lady at the front office when you walk in has no customer skills at all. Some people should not work in this field at all (she is one of them). The minute she starts talking, you can tell she hates her job and everyone that walks up to her. I dont know about other people that was my first time there and she's was not pleasant at all. she makes you feel like your an inconvenince. I had no choice but to go here this office was the only one with an open appt. I went in for sore throat , she asked my name, dob and what kind of car do I drive??!! she never said "hey btw this is the procedure for new patients , we need to test you for covid and need to test you out in your car this is how we will proceed" ... I mean give me information of what your doing.. not just ask so randomly what kind of car are u driving ???!! AND of course the minute I asked her what do you need that information for she gets even more bothered!!!! the doctor and the learning students were good .. the student girl was great really liked her .. sorry dont remember names. any how lastly as I am walking out I was prescribed medication and so I wanted to double check what pharmacy they have on file. of course I walk up to this front office lady (I wish I knew her name) and asked her she says the same on you indicated in your file... I said okay I dont remember indicating one but I need to make sure.. so she proceeds to say take a seat the nurse will have to look that up!!! so this MA nurse same one that took my vitals walks up and takes about 3 min to look up my pharmacy information... finally confirms its.. I said Thank You .. Neither of them said (front office lady or MA ) said your welcome have a good day... feel better!!!!! LIKE A DOCTORS OFFICE SHOULD BE!!! both stayed silent ( I am sorry you 2 for inconveniently interrupt your day ) Evara Health you really need to do better when it comes to hiring this people.. I hope i dont have to go back to this office ever!! hope this helps...
Read moreI was trying to find a better route to posting this in here but did not find anything in the web site. I have been routed to many ppl just to get one simple respond on provider Patricia Welsch not been in network with BCBS. I received notification from my insurance company stating she was out of network, so I reached out to Evara and âbillingâ third party company tells me they do not know who are in network. That they are just third party billers. OKAY! So you pay a company that doesnât know this kind of info. They tell me I have to call Evara for that. I call and a clerk or call center Rep (Melissa) tells me she doesnât know, that she will have a supervisor call me. SMH! I ask for supervisor name and extension info, she tells me she canât provide me with it by policy. WRONG! How can you communicate with supervisor for complaint if you canât provide me this info.. She gives me first name (Dean). Come to find out this person is no longer there since last month. REALLY!? So BCBS did a 3 way call with me and attempted to get through and it was unsuccessful to get to billing, even though she selected billing option it took us to a scheduler, she had to transfer us again. This is all unacceptable customer service in overall. Mind you I do not need to get my health care here because I have a private insurance. I choose to because I really like my PCP and my entire family comes here but for Behavior health I will take my child else where. I have worked in healthcare system long enough to know not to provide this type of customer service, if you want patients to stay, please provide better trainings to staff that can provide the right information. Specially something as simple as is provider is in network or out of network with an insurance. Not even the clerks, call center and the third party you paying know this information .Thatâs a shame!! I am even embarrassed writing this as I know many of the staff that work here and they are awesome and I...
