Went in late last night close to closing time. The guy working was very promt to come out and greet us, and asked if I was looking for something specific. I was, but I like to browse around for a few minutes before I start asking questions or to see anything. I appreciated that Jake wasn't all up in my space and just let me take my time. He didn't rush me at all, even though they were closing in 30 mins, and he said not to worry, that i could do my thing. Then when I finally did need him he was right there and very knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had. When I made my purchase, he wrapped up my new glass pieces so carefully with plenty of bubbles because he knew I had a long walk home. The prices in the store were sorta high, but the selection was good. This is my neighborhood smoke shop, and I hope Jake stays around. There seems to have been quite a bit of turnover there. If I had to guess, I imagine it has something to do with micromanagement from some manager or owner who sits at home watching the cameras for entertainment, then calls to chew out the employee for some thing they aren't doing bc they have no idea of the context of what they're watching... This is the second time I've heard an employee on the phone defending themselves over and over to someone who clearly has no idea of what's going on. That's a very toxic work environment, if so! I just expect at this point I'll always be seeing a new face...

They have a great selection of product whether your a vaper, a smoker, or even inbetween and trying to decide. They also have a nice selection of imported glass rigs & tubes, and the accessories to go with them! They even have incense, CBD products, and a variety of exotic beverages! I’ve purchased my newest vape (SMOK Novo 5) & cartridges here, a glass Puffco Proxy bubbler, butane, all my recent vape juice, amongst other items and I’ve been very pleased with everything! Prices are fair and the owners/managers are both very kind. Miro especially has assisted me with several purchases and has always been lovely to work with! Another reason I love this spot is because you can text their business number with any questions about products or to check if something is in stock- and they reply very fast! It’s very convenient! I would love to eventually see some locally made or American made glass art (functional & non-functional) in-store as well! It’s all about and local business- like The Smoke Spot!!...
