Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Robert

My family and I do enjoy a good fast meal with good prices, I have gave this place chance after chance, but its gone down hill so much in the past few years. It gets worse by the day the drive thru is never open everytime you walk in you stand for 10 to 15 min if not longer before anyone even says anything if they even do, cause all you hear is all them playing in the back and giggling. The pizzas look like something a toddler was cutting, the customer service and appearance is awful. They really need to work on new management or figure something out, I really believe the only reason this place is still for business is the prices and familys that the prices are easy on, and I think it wrong, cause the service is horrible and the attitude I really don't believe anyone deserves this type of service. Store unlocked the doors 15 minutes after opening time. I then waited while the employee finished counting their register for the morning. Store front needs a deep cleaning, it appears they have mold or something near all the vents. Other minor cosmetic issues bring down appeal. I was the first customer. After my order was taken the first attempt burnt because staff had adjusted equipment and not notified the next shift. To their credit, staff immediately made another rather than try to sell a bad product. I was in the parking lot a few minutes before open and walked out with a single order of cheesy bread 40 minutes after opening time. On site staff appeared to be working and trying to keep up. Terrible experience anytime I attempt to order. Takes two-three phone calls to get them to answer. When I arrive, they’re never super busy, which is a plus. Tonight, I tried to call in an order and hour and a half before they close to order one pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. He said “all I have is a thin crust and two slices of crazy bread”. I asked “you can’t make a fresh pizza?” He said “no I don’t have any dough” I laughed and hung up. I’m sure that meant he didn’t want to make any more dough as it is part of his job especially given the time. This isn’t the first time having a negative experience.
