Kokee Tea - La Cantera — Restaurant in San Antonio

So before reading my review I’m not telling ppl to not come here it’s more for the owners running this place to take note and make some changes.

If you don’t have an item available anymore simply cover it, or signify that they’re are NO longer making it. Well that’s where the story begins, I ordered a Cheese Crema Tea and at the bottom in small font it says in either grey pearl or jasmine green tea. The lady at the front with orange hair at the top and black hair on the rest proceeds to say something along the lines of we don’t serve that anymore but they could give me the jasmine green tea without the cheese on top so I was like okay that’s fine…we get our receipt and she charged us for two drinks. They call out our order number and they have two drinks prepared for us when I ONLY requested the “Cheese Crema Tea with Jasmine Green Tea”..SO we go up there and the drink they prepared was Peach Green Tea and some other drink that was what I assume the Grey pearl tea. So with that being said they don’t know their menu.

We explained the error they made and the lady gave us attitude, and asked us which drink we wanted from what we did not order or want because not once did I say The word “Peach” green tea. We got refunded one drink and the lady had attitude making it seem like we were the issue, but in reality it was them and she wasn’t trying to understand the issue at hand.

Before you do it… just don’t. I’m visiting San Antonio with my sisters and we were feigning for some Boba Tea. It was between Kokee and ArTea. Kokee’s menu said they had the Taro Milk Tea so we decided on Kokee. After a 20min wait in line the girl taking our drinks said they were taking cash only (there was no sign up stating so) and then a 10-15min wait to get our drinks I was very much over it. By the time we got our drinks, there was still a young girl about 12 or so waiting for her drink and she ordered before we did!! So before I left I made sure I let the staff know they were slacking and that this little girl was waiting for her drink.

Finally, in the car I’m excited because I can enjoy the tea I waited over 25min for.

SIKE! Joke was on me. The tea was trash and when I got back to my aunt’s that’s exactly where it went.

We tried ArTea today and when we told the girls that we were there for redemption tea, one of them couldn’t help but shake her head.

AWFUL SERVICE LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I Asked for the cheese crema tea with jasmine tea that was advertised on their menu, then the cashier thought it a bright idea to charge me for a peach green tea and a jasmine tea and when I asked her why she did that she informed me that they dont sell that item and made it seem like she was gonna combine drinks to create the drink i wanted but afterwards she handed me two drinks... I only order one drink. After I initatlly mentioned my confusion with being charged for two drinks she gave me an explanation that didnt make sense so i waited till it was ready. To my surprise, sure enough i was handed two different drinks. I told her i didnt order either one she pointed at the receipt and insisted i did and I obviously had to remind her that i told her it was wrong in the first place. Finally she only offered to refund me one drink even though she gave me two drinks i didnt even mention... absolutely...
