I had the pleasure of visiting The Loma recently in Point Loma, for a men's haircut. I'd say I was overall impressed with the experience. From the start, I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. The salon has a fresh, modern look, and it's evident that cleanliness is a priority, not to mention the thoughtful addition of refreshments.

The staff is exceptional. They are not only helpful, but listen to your needs and make it a priority to address them. This made for an easy and enjoyable conversation throughout my appointment, making the time fly by. It's rare to find a place where the staff can balance professionalism with such a personal touch.

As for the haircut, the quality of service was exceptional. Bernadette understood exactly what I wanted and styled my hair as requested. The overall ambiance of The Loma adds to the experience too - it's relaxing, comfortable, and the chill music in the background is just right.

We are staying at liberty station and this salon came up when doing a search for a salon that did facials and hair. Let me tell you, they were all amazing. They got my daughter (8y) and I in on same day for a mom-daughter day out. Everyone here was super sweet and did a fantastic job. We both had facials done by Sheila and she took the time to discuss my needs and took extra time to make sure I got what I needed. She took extra care for my daughter and not to stress her since she has never had one done. Daughter had her hair cut by Chrissy and mine was done by Kim. Both were amazing and we love it. Bernadette was a super help when we called and also helped up make another appointment to get some fun colors. We are from Louisiana and we don’t come across these nice salons not nice staff very often and I am soooo happy we chose here. Highly recommend this salon &Spa for anything...
