This place is alright. I came here after an appointment at Skin Spirit a few doors down and decided to get a pedicure and full set. They sat me down at a table and grabbed a bowl to soak my feet in... while others who came in for mani + pedi were seated at the massage chairs. Not sure if it was because they needed me at the table for the full set but at other nail salons I’ve never had that experience... they will usually bring their supplies to the seats.
Then, I wanted to remove all of my nails because I’ve had them for a while and replace them with new ones. They INSISTED I keep them because they were “still good” and wouldn’t break, but I think they were just being lazy because today, one week later, two have broken and others are lifting... also the paint was chipping even though I got gel.
Then my card wasn’t working at the time of payment so I told them my boyfriend was coming and I waited, one of the ladies then locked the door... as if I was going to make a run for it?? My boyfriend came and made payment and they charged him more than they told me out of their mouth I would be charged.
I was told $55 for hands and $21 for feet. That equals $76. They charged his card $91.
I will never come back here again, and just because your guest isn’t the typical Presidio client doesn’t mean they are not worthy of equal service. Money is money, manners are manners. If I show up with both, treat me the same as...

This COULD mean MMA monomer was used, which if it was, MMA illegal in California. came in asking for long stiletto acrylics, the tips for the acrylic were cut before I was able to communicate what length I wanted. I ended up with short nails that I was told were very long. I asked multiple times for my nails to be made sharper and instead I got round shaped nails. I spent $72 and now I am taking them off at home because they were not at all what I wanted or what I showed in my inspo pic. Wish I could get a refund but I know that salons never give them out. They also cut my pinky finger and I had to...
Read moreI came here three times and I would like to say that they do not respect your time. They overbook or they accept the walk ins and then if you come here thinking you have an appointment then you might need to wait for a long time. Only go there if you are not in rush and willing to spend min 1-2 hours. They also charge extra for removing gel even if they put it on themselves and you get a full pedicure service. Usually when you get a full pedicure service the removal is included specially if it was done by the same salon. I would not...
