Your printing dept gets an F. Friend tried to use the website for a project. It did not work via online,possibly not compatible with Apple. So we went in the store to have the printing department complete the project. The manager agreed that the website was not user friendly. We worked with the current employee, who also had a difficult time working the website. I asked why we could not email the project to them and they can print it out and make multiple copies. Manager said it was “highly discouraged” I assume from corporate office? A 10 minute project turned into 45 minutes to an hour. The poor employee worked with us, I know things are out of her control. We wanted to use the online 30% coupon but since the project was not working online we were not able to access the 30% online coupon. I then bit the bullet and purchased HP expensive ink. However, the Cyan cartridge was NOT printing! For my 4th time back in the store, to exchange ink, my printer is finally printing all color cartridges and Black with no problems. The male manager and his associates (I imagine 2x it was his assistant, blonde lady pony tail) NEVER once gave me a hard time because they must have known what a frustrating time it was for me to come in 4 times before having ink that actually prints in my printer. I canceled my membership in September 2024 (and had an email thread to prove it), so when I was billed again this September, I wasted hours on the phone with Office Depot trying to get a refund. I was told I would get my refund in 7-10 business days and when I didn’t, I called again and was disconnected repeatedly and told via email it was “being escalated” to customer resolutions.
