I came in to order 2 drinks and waited a couple of minutes to be helped. The barista showed no interest in timeliness as he helped me. I ordered a misto with nonfat milk. Recieved a misto with full fat milk AND extra hot. When I asked if it was made with nonfat milk I was told it wasn't because the barista didn't ring it up as such. No offer to remake it. No apologies. Nothing. There were no sleeves, so I couldn't even hold it without burning my hand, let alone drink it. And, when asked if I wanted a receipt, I had said "Yes please." But I was never handed a receipt. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Horrible service and lazy employees at this store! It's obvious that this is the worst Starbucks...

My family and I went through the drive thru and she had a hard time taking our order and when we got to the window it was worse. She talked down to us. I told her the order was incorrect and she said " I repeated my self twice!" I asked her what her name was and she said it was "Veronica" so rudely. I asked for her manager . The manager April came to the window while talking to her Veronica was looking at me smiling so smug. Will never go to this location again. The worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. Read moreI have very picky tastebuds, so almost every of my fav. drinks recipes' here are modified with at least 4-5 ingredients. Which is so easy to just order ahead in the app, pick up, and good to go. Had an issue with the Starbucks app that made it impossible for me to order ahead today. I thought it was going to be a hassle going in to order in person like it has happened before with them messing up the drink order more than once but I was surprised today they weren't as busy as I expected it to be since in was 12:23pm.
