I have been to the Sparks location many times, but recently I have had trouble with service. Nobody smiles there, and I did not feel invited at all. My child has an allergy and I asked kindly (not the 1st time this has happened) if they could change their gloves out before touching my son's cookie. The girl with glasses, put my boxes down that she already put together, went and washed her hands took a drink of water and put on other gloves. She then went back to putting everybody else's order together that came after me and served them. It wasn't until I spoke up and said "where is my order" to someone else. .. that I got served. I did not feel like anyone really cared. I went and told the manager and she seemingly had the same face that she walked up with. The quality of the cookie is great, the service and the people there just don't have a "come on in feeling".
My hope is the owner sees this & can set a standard for her/his business.
I don't think I will be coming back because I feel like I am such a bother when I come there. Who knew, that having an allergy and asking for a little extra care would be such...
Read moreI placed a curbside order and arrived at the store 1 hour after my order was supposed to be ready and was told it would be an additional 20 mins due to issues with the oven. I then ended up waiting at the store for a total of 1 hour and 20 mins before sending my son in for our cookies. I left the store frustrated after it taking over 2 hours for them to prepare a curbside order. It wasn't until I got home that I realized they didn't give me my cookies and cream milkshake cookie (which of course was the one I ordered for myself). It was my first time at this store and I can't say I'll be rushing to go back. For the price of these cookies the service should be phenomenal and I should definitely get what I ordered. Huge cookies though and my son really enjoyed his!

Read moreThe cookies are amazing. I’ll say that outright. But the last 3 experiences have gone terribly. Last time we put in an order for 3 days away. That was the soonest. When my wife arrived at the scheduled time, they said “our ovens broke, so we will have to make you come back tomorrow”. When I went back the next day at the scheduled time, they couldn’t find the order. Asked me to write down what we wanted. And also said they didn’t know anything about a broken oven so it appears it was a lie from being overbooked. Just now I put in an order for the scheduled time they offered. My wife went and they said it wasn’t ready. So they made her come back 2 hours later. Then made her wait while they put the order together. So while we’ve made 5 orders in the 3 weeks or so since it’s opened, we won’t be coming back for a long time. Far too stressful to deal...
