Had scheduled for the banquet room for my son's birthday. Well we booked for 4:30 and got there 10 minutes early to set out the cake and it was still dirty from their last reservation. We had to wait another 10 minutes for them to clean. Then once we ordered pizzas and tried to order soda pitchers, we were told by this heavyset employee that they can't sell us anything other then cups at 2.10 a piece. When we reserved over the phone we told them we had party cups already and that pitchers would be fine and the employee agreed. After a bit of arguing he told us "Well I could just give you the managers number but I don't see the point cause they are just gonna say the same thing". He said the management is new and that they specifically say they dont sell pitchers anymore. We had to leave and buy our own 2 liters because they also couldn't sell us any of their because "they are not for dine in orders". To top it off, when I got in line to pay off the tab, their he was again chatting it up with the register employee out of uniform causing her to move slower. I was at the end of a 5 person line watching him lean over the counter, likely already off the clock. All it takes is one bad employee to ruin the experience of years dining at a restaurant. Read moreI ordered from the Round Table Website directly for a delivery order. My order did get screwed up, however I was able to contact the store and was issued a refund. In my online order, I specifically click 'Contactless Delivery' that prints in LARGE LETTERs on the receipt. I have three large dogs and a baby, I didn't want the delivery driver to alert my dogs which is why I chose contactless delivery. Sure enough, delivery driver rings my doorbell completely disregarding the large CONTACTLESS DELIVERY that was printed on the receipt. I was attempting to wrangle said dogs, when not even a full minute from ringing my doorbell I now have the delivery driver knocking on my door like she's the police which hypes the dogs I'm trying to calm down. I just about tore her a new one on why she couldn't give me a second to wrangle the dogs she can clearly hear barking on the other end of the door but she just threw the pizza boxes at me and left after the door was wide enough. Later that evening I was taking the trash out and she had left a pile of pepper and cheese packets all over my driveway as liter that I had to pick up later. Read moreI've been coming here my whole life and I've never had a problem here until now. I called to see if the dinning room was open. The woman who answered said yes and to come on in. So I arrived and was greeted by the manager I asked about the specials he asked if I was dinning in I said yes then proceeded to say that I should of made a reservation before coming in. I told him that I had called earlier and before I could say anything else he cut me off saying that he can see that there are no reservations. I told him okay well I had called earlier and interrupted me again and said that he wasn't mad about it. I'm like look I called earlier and had spoken to a woman and she had said to come on in, so before you come at me you should instruct all your employees to relay that you have to have a reservation to the customers who call about dinning in.
