Comfort, Decor, ambiance, and hospitality of owner.||It is beautifully decorated with original artwork, and pieces of furniture preserved||and refurbished from the original carriage barn.||Kitchen is beautiful, stainless appliances, and everything you could want is||provided for you.||The location is walking distance to everything in the historic district. We walked||to the service at the magificent Stowe Community Church Sunday morning.||Great restaurants, and easy driving to other local attractions, such at the||Trapp Family Lodge, the lodge at Stowe Mountain ski area, Waterbury, Ben & Jerrys,||hiking trails, and much more. Love that our host, Mary, was so responsive from start to our departure. She takes great effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Read moreThis was our first stay at a B&B, we weren't sure what to expect but Mary is a fantastic host and the entire experience was great. When we arrived Mary was just going out to dinner so she left us a lovely note with instructions. Every detail is made to make you feel at home. The room was cosy and clean, the bathroom was private and it even had a Japanese toilet! The breakfast was a definite highlight - first of all, the food was delicious: homemade yogurt, muffins, blueberry pancakes, fresh orange juice - everything was delicious. Secondly, the conversation with Mary was very nice and interesting, we loved getting to know her and her recommendations. This place is highly recommended for anyone traveling through Vermont....
