You get what you pay for.We travel often. We needed a room close to a music festival. We waited a week before the event&we were left with literally no options-our mistake live&learn! We absolutely did not realize how large this event actually was&everywhere was booked besides this hotel.However-at first glance for this hotel the reviews look great&make this hotel seem like a good choice…Let’s start with the pros-it seems the rooms are modern…I guess? They don’t have 90s themed bedding or anything. The cons-The rooms are DIRTY. There’s no housekeeping! I even found an old envelope wrote on by the prior guest for a housekeeping tip-they never replaced the envelope…I was scared to take a shower&use the towels or sleep under the blankets. If I did want to take a shower I would have had to use hand towels to dry off with there was no full body towels. The one bed was comfortable the other was TERRIBLE. I felt like I was laying on a brick with a mattress pad cover. We pushed the two full beds together when doing so my husband found some sort of Drug Paraphernalia-looked like some sort of broken crack pipe?Then when we were in our vehicle after check out we watched the owners go into the rooms to check things out&make the beds but there absolutely was not a clean linen cart or housekeeping going into the rooms? I’m going to hope this is because it was Sunday and the housekeeper is coming later? The location is good I guess but location of the actual building/rooms isn’t great. Our room was on the floor level&there’s traffic/a lot going on at night outside! I didn’t feel comfortable at all… The front desk clerk kept my husbands license at check in. We were so focused on getting out to the venue we didn’t even realized he kept it. We went for breakfast after check out and they called saying it was found in the room but I really don’t think that’s the case because we looked over the room before leaving-again not big enough to not see something like that…This hotel has reminded us when we decide to take a trip for a event we need to schedule in advance at the closest holiday inn for the...

We recently had a stay here last week. We checked in, the Counter Clerk was very helpful and friendly. Upon getting into the room, it was clean with some slight renovations recently completed. We went to turn on the AC- it was broken. A quick phone call alleviated the problem, and a representative was sent to give us the other room key. We pack up our stuff and switch rooms. All the while, the staff attendant leans on my car while watching us move our stuff into the other room (common courtesy- don't lean on anyone's car but your own). We get into the next room, close the door, and begin to unpack our stuff again. We hear the sound of two large wasps and quickly found them. After looking at the door, new weatherstripping was put on, but the door did not properly seat, leaving a 1/4" gap open to the elements (any insects). At this point we go back to the desk after reloading the car again and request a refund of the stay (we've been there an hour at this point). The desk clerk politely asked to call the hotel on Monday, at which case there was no argument- he was helpful throughout the process. Call Back Monday, Tuesday- phone not working. Call back wednesday- I get a pool service hotline. Call Red Roof corporate Wednesday- they cannot connect via phone to the hotel, only email. I was told I would be contacted as soon as the requested was reviewed by hotel management. Here we are Thursday with no contact. At this point, I believe this place to be a scam- unless I get some refund processed in the next 24 hours. Beware...

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It takes a lot for me to post a negative review this bad. I paid $170 for a king room eith jacuzzi. The furniture in the room was stained. The bed spread had stains. There was mold and water damage in the bathroom. The shower had no hot water. The hot water wasn't even enough to fill the jacuzzi. Then we get to the jacuzzi. The water was brown to fill it out the faucet. I said ok may be high iron here. We got in. Then started the jets after about an hour. This is where all the dead skin cells and mold came out of the jets!! I almost threw up. We got out right away and started drying off when we saw the brown stains that came off our body!!! We couldn't even shower because the shower water was ice cold!! We ended up sleeping on top of the bed spread. I went to the front desk in the morning showing them pictures. The guy on call said "please don't post these when the manager is in tomorrow at 12 we will issue your full refund" well 12 came and went today no credit. I called and they proceed to tell me they would not refund me only partially. I told them absolutely not if you don't credit I will contact my bank. They said "whatever post the pics were not refunding you." So here we are. My bank got my money back and I am warning you all about the condition of this hotel and it's rude management! DO NOT...
