I feel as if this review is needed to be said

The people here are fast when it comes to the food they always try their best to delivery not only the best customer experience, but conversation as well. I came inside one day and talked with one of the owners about if I could have a bite to eat my situation has been the roughest of these days and I haven't ate in a couple of day's I usually dislike to ask for small favors, but the owner without hesitation immediately prepared me a hot meal , and I was ever so grateful. He then told me to pay me back later and I can't wait repay them that small favor He didn't have to go out of his way to make sure I ate something.. most businesses only care about the money. But .. this place is different in a way you get a vibe that the atmosphere is welcoming and warm and that they actually care while trying to make their reputation a 5 star restaurant. They even have this small sign saying "Don't count the food you eat count the blessings" and I really felt the blessing.. I'm so appreciative of how much they always go above and beyond at times I even feel worried for them , because their always working so hard.. they make me want to work hard just like them.

However theirs something crucial worth mentioning this isn't the first time this has happened to me , at times id be waiting in line , ready to pay and one of the owners again had went directly up to me ask how I was doing, to my surprise and asked what I wanted. At first I was confused, . A bit because I'm not use to those small favors.. but then I felt a kind of satisfaction knowing that he blindly went out of his way a couple of times to prepare me a dish just cause that's a top tier restaurant right their..

First time trying this kind of food! I’m a very picky eater so I usually don’t try anything I don’t know, but they have photos of everything on the menu which I love! They also have a kiosk which is great for those that don’t like going up to order food when they don’t know the restaurant. Lol. I ordered a slushy from the kiosk and the machine wasn’t ready, so they gave me two other drinks to make up for it that were combined worth more than the slushy, and it worked out because my boyfriend didn’t order a drink. They were super friendly and welcoming and the food was DELICIOUS! Everything is made fresh so there’s a bit of a wait i think we waited maybe 10-15 minutes, it didn’t seem long considering what we were getting and they were working on multiple orders. The portion sizes were huge, I’ve already had leftovers and there’s still quite a bit of food left in the fridge. They also their own hot sauce which is delicious! But be warned if you don’t normally eat spicy food, it is pretty hot. They also have a lot of pastries on display including lots of baklava and different kinds of it. We ordered some to go and they gave us an extra one for free. Those were delicious as well! It was a great experience and we will definitely be back when we’re in stroudsburg again!

Customer service is fantastic. Was recommended to this place by my brother and mother who raved over their food the first time we had their food. It was delicious $30 for two people a little pricey but they give you a decent amount of food.

Now here comes where I complain and the 1 star and stop going to this place…

I went for a second time the following week, mind you I split food with a 1 1/2 year-old child and my wife was eating, the chicken over rice, add in her food was a large piece of sharp plastic. Looked like a melted piece of a fork or one of those tags that hold prices on clothing in her food. Thankfully, we didn’t give this portion of the food to our daughter. It would’ve been a whole different conversation. 😳 and That was it for us… unfortunately never going back again, especially where everything has to be Extra cautious with sanitary and cleanliness nowadays. It was kind of disgusting and made us not want to ever go back. Fast forward to two days after and I’m speaking to my father and come to find out he told me he stopped going there because a few weeks back he got a sandwich and there was plastic in his sandwich, so yeah I’m not one to complain, but I figured I would just leave a review for, anyone thinking about going here I was gonna call the place but I’ll just stop going.
